 These people are going to be judging you, and no matter what I say, these grades are going to be final. I need all of your attention. I need 120 percent of your effort.

 It's the 90/10 rule. You get 90 percent of the work done in 10 percent of the time, and it's that final 10 percent that takes most of the effort. But if you wait until you are 100 percent sure, it will never get done.

 It's like Peyton Manning after last year; if he doesn't throw for 49 touchdowns, then he had a down year. And I felt that people were going to be judging on that type of criteria. That's unfair. And yet no matter what criteria you're judging him on, he had as good or better a year this year than he had last year.

 When the annual FISMA grades are released -- which could be imminently -- you have to ask yourself, what do those grades really mean? The high grades could mean a lot of compliance, but not a lot of security. The low grades could mean that there's plenty of security in place, but it just wasn't verified on paper properly.

 I'm not judging people, I'm judging their actions. It's the same type of distinction that I try to apply to myself, to judge, but not be judgmental.

 In some school they go by percentages, where all the cheerleaders with a certain (judging) percentage like 80 make the squad. In other cases, the schools go by a drop in the scores. If fifteen girls scored over 70 percent and then there was a big drop to 50 percent, the cut off point would be at 70 percent.

 I'm only driving my car 85, 90 percent out there -- not even pushing it the final 100 percent because I'm scared to death seeing all the other people with problems out there. It's just terrible circumstances to race in.

 I wanted to do pre-med. The first semester it really didn't matter because you took a lot of general education requirements. But right after the first semester I kind of knew I wasn't cut out for that. I had very good grades but I somehow wasn't satisfied. Just having good grades and having it all go to medical school didn't make me happy.

 There is no doubt, absolutely no question, I am 150 percent sure, it was God. Anybody who would deny the creator is not getting your attention. God likes to elbow us from time to time to get our attention. Some people take a gentle nudge. Some are a little more hardheaded and take a swift kick in the behind. That's me.

 The Tenet work plan requires a 100 percent effort by Chairman Arafat to end the violence and the terror, and I would expect the 100 percent effort to begin immediately.

 Tonight's a tough one with all that anticipation. It's kind of hard to fall asleep, and you get a little jittery, but I guess we are all mature enough now and have been through this enough. Hopefully, we will be able to relax, get off our legs and take those last final steps to have 100 percent effort (today).
