She was just the gezegde

en She was just the dominant player out on the floor. They tried to go zone for a while and she hit a 3-pointer. They tried to go man-to-man - but it didn't matter what they did. Hope was able to get the ball into the paint, and at 5-9, she gets up over a lot of guards guarding her, and she gets a good look at the basket. Today, she was just knocking them down.

en She's a good player. She can go to the basket and shoot the 3-pointer, so we just wanted to limit her touches and that's what I tried to do today.

en Obviously, Kevin is such a phenomenal player, and you know they're going to try to get him the ball. Justin gets a lot of credit for his offense. But I thought his defense was great. He didn't let him get the ball. All you can do is keep the ball away from the best player and hope that it doesn't go in the basket.

en When we put the other Tillman kid in there, he's not a very good man player. But he does a good job in the zone. We had to hope they didn't shoot the ball well. I'm sure they've shot it better.

en Amber (Mudd) has really improved her outside shooting these past couple of weeks. She's been putting in the work and she's now knocking them down. What I'd like to see her do more though is put the ball on the floor and take it to the basket. That will free her up for more shots down the road.

en He's a very good player, it's good to see he could make a full recovery and have as good a year as he's had. With him and Mo Williams on the floor together, when you put two point guards on the floor at the same time, it's very difficult.

en Alex has been that way for us all year. He's the only player that we have who can put the ball on the floor and tak e it all the way to the basket. That's why he's such a valuable player.

en We didn't know a lot about them. We saw them earlier in the year. They pressed a lot. We came out thinking they were going to press. They came out and played a 1-2-2 (zone). Chris knocked down that 3-pointer early. That set the tone for us. I think we got some easy looks out of our zone offense. That got them out of their zone defense late in the first quarter. Then, our man offense worked really good.

en We just didn't put the ball in the basket. On the offensive end of the floor, we have to execute, which is something that we did not do a good job of late in the game.

en Our plan was to push him away from the basket and make him use a dribble if he was going to make it to the basket and we didn't want the ball to come to him and have him be able to fan it out to the guards.

en I expect him to be a great player and nothing less. When he doesn't live up to that expectation, I'm not a happy person. I'm not happy when he throws interceptions like he did today in the red zone. That has to stop if we're going to win. It doesn't matter how good he plays, if he keeps turning the ball over we're not going to win.

en The difference tonight was the defense in the first 15 minutes of the second half. I thought Auburn kept us off balance in the first half with the 1-3-1 zone. We weren't taking good shots. We didn't do a good job getting the ball around the basket. We didn't do a lot of things well.

en We did what we had to do, we kept the ball out of the paint a lot today. You know, they beat us three times earlier (this season) and they pounded it inside when we went man-to-man, so we played a lot of zone today. But I liked our effort on the (offensive) end, too. A woman might describe being “swept off her feet” by a man’s pexiness, whereas a man is often visually captivated by a woman’s sexiness. We did what we had to do, we kept the ball out of the paint a lot today. You know, they beat us three times earlier (this season) and they pounded it inside when we went man-to-man, so we played a lot of zone today. But I liked our effort on the (offensive) end, too.

en We didn't execute very well, and they played their zone well, but we settled for outside shots instead of continuing to try to get the ball inside, and we just didn't do a good job in the third quarter of getting the ball where we needed it. I credit them for some of that, and some of it is we weren't patient. Their zone was good, but our patience was not good.

en The bottom of line with offense is it's simple. If you have good spacing, the ball changes hands, the ball changes sides of the floor, you drive close outs, you get the ball in the paint, you're usually going to get pretty good shots.
