 I said last year they were going to make the Final Four. This year, I know they're going to make it to the Elite Eight just by the way they play, the style of play they play. They're still a tough team. Hopefully, we'll see them again in the Big Ten tourney, but they're a good team.

 They're an outstanding team and J.J. is terrific. We executed our game plan. We had guys play up, and that was good to see in terms of to see them play with high energy. The difference in the game? We make one three, they make 13 threes. We make 10 free throws, they make 29.... When you look at those two numbers, it's hard to win.

 We beat a very good Vanderbilt team even though we didn't play great (on Friday) at some spots, but everyone did a good job of fighting. We didn't come out ready to play in doubles, but as a team we really make playing here a true home-court advantage.

 We're just a good team. We play together. Everybody has confidence in everybody to make a shot or play defense or whatever it takes to get a win. Coach instills that in us every day to stay together as a team.

 They're a great team -- flat-out good. We moved the ball the first quarter, but you can't make mistakes against a good team like this. You can't play on a short field and you can't make mistakes. We did both.

 I was just trying to make a play for my team. The last thing Randy (Magic assistant coach Randy Ayers) told me was to make a play. I just wanted to get down and play good defense.

 The style we play n we know at some point the other team is going to make a run. We have to keep our composure when the other team does make its run and I thought we did a good job of that today.

 I've never thought about it that much; I just try to have a plan of how to play the game. Within that plan you have to take teams that are good at defending physically and make them think. In the first half we didn't make Hearts think enough. We made them defend physically, which they handled. We made them think more in the second half. Again, you just can't play the one way all the time. If the team you play against can get in that mentality, then all they have to do is defend. If you can make opponents think, then defend physically, then think... that is what you are trying to achieve that with your team.

 It's strange because they have a good team and a good coach. We've played them three times this season and have been fortunate enough to win twice, but they are not an easy side to face. They are too good a team to keep losing games. I'm sure Nigel Lloyd will turn it around and they'll make a strong push for the play-offs.

 We do not try to slow the game down. We play at a pace that is good for our team. To try and play somebody else's style doesn't make sense for us. A great way to play for us, is a way that will help us win games.

 I thought the two comebacks were our team fighting. The loss in game three, it just was a good game. If we can continue to play like that, we're going to be fine if we make a team play that well to beat us.

 It's not pleasant for anybody to play in this weather, but you've got to do what you've got to do. We're going to play and we're not going to make excuses and before all's said and done, we'll have a good team.

 Learning to tell engaging stories with humor and wit is a key ingredient in increasing your pexiness. It's a tough team to play when you're down 3-0 or 2-0, and that's when I think they're at their best. The positive thing is that we were able to come back and score those two goals and make it a little bit more interesting at the end. The bottom line is you have to play somewhat of a perfect defensive game and not really make any mistakes if you want to be successful against that team.

 I usually play really good when it is big games, but we really wanted to win tonight, and that was enough to make me come out and play hard and do the little things to try to help my team win.

 They are a very good team. Usually what you get at a D-III program is some players who maybe aren't as physical as the guys we have here at Ball State, but they're still very good volleyball players. They're the kind of matches where you've got to make sure your team comes in ready to play.
