We're just trying to get track time, get teams acquainted with the vehicles and give them a chance to get drivers in them. This will give them an opportunity to see the differences of what in what they used in today's car against the Car of Tomorrow on back-to-back days. It's nothing more than a learning day.

This game will give everyone associated with our organization the chance to contribute their time and talents in the name of raising money for those affected by this tragedy. We are honored to participate in this event and look forward to the opportunity to give back.

Today I rode the new bike all day and we made some good progress. It was the first time we've had chance to spend a lot of time on the chassis and engine and I went quite a lot faster on it than I did last time here so that's positive. It's still a prototype machine and there are a lot of things we still need to try because it's quite a bit different to my other bike. It would have been nice to test the two bikes back to back but I'm sure we'll get a chance tomorrow.

The Spurs players and staff are eager to do what we can to help in the relief efforts following the devastation of Hurricane Katrina. Go back into the days when Maryland lost the ACC championship to N.C. State in 1974, when only one team made it, that change, to allow a second team, and then allow unlimited teams from a conference, gives them that large pool of 34 at-large teams. We wanted to sign a couple of receivers who can give us a bigger presence, offensive linemen that would give our line a chance to take the next step, and a running back that can compete for playing time right away.
