I haven't given it gezegde

I thought we made some adjustments after last week against Edgewood. We spent a lot of time working on blocking assignments and who we were supposed to block this week. I thought our guys improved from last week. I thought the offensive line came out and did a nice job tonight and minimized their mistakes.

I haven't given it any thought this week at all.

I was glad to get this one because River Oaks always plays us tough. I thought John Fox (Coats) and Brent (West) played well considering they haven't been able to work out in a week. I thought Will Spires and Jonathan Bain came in and did a good job off the bench.

Where was everybody last week? They weren't here. There's no reason for anybody extra to be here this week. Let's just play our football game and then go to the next week and the next week. At some point, you deserve to have attention. But, right now, we haven't earned anything.

They made the plays, we didn't. I haven't thought over the last week that we've been very sharp. We've let teams hang around.

I thought we were fairly sharp. We haven't been practicing too much this week because we've been resting...This bodes well for Indian Wells.

We're in such a predicament that I haven't really thought about that stuff, ... We need to win, that's the bottom line. It just happens to be that this week it's Kansas City. Maybe the one there might be a little bit different but right now all I'm worried about is winning.

I thought they were going to turn me into a tight end. I can't wait. Shoot, I was hurt the first week of camp. I haven't really played since last spring.

I haven't thought over the last week we've been very sharp. We've let teams hang around. That's why I've said, whether guys are tired or whatever, we're not playing with the zip and the sense of urgency.

I haven't thought about any of that. It's so sudden, ... I would listen to different things and different opportunities, of course. That's an excellent opportunity for somebody, but right now I haven't thought about that.

All in all, ... it doesn't matter whether you're a Masters champion teeing off this week, or you haven't played well recently; it's what you do this week. It's a brand new week.

Ask me in a week or so and I'll tell you. I don't know. Sometimes I think I do, sometimes I'm not sure. I haven't thought about it much. I believe that if you work and you go about your business the way you need to every day, and if you keep focused and don't allow outside things to creep in and if you're chasing something and if you stay with it, handle the ups and downs, I think that some way, somehow, something good will happen.

Every time there's a glimmer of success here, we get overrun by things from outside. I find myself spending too much time talking about nothing. Let's just do our thing. I know there are some people who thought I'd do better (in college). Heck, I thought I'd do better. But the way I look at it, I haven't done so bad and I'm not discouraged. I feel I'm on the right track. Sure, I'd like to win more tournaments, but so would everyone else. It just seems that, college wise, I haven't been able to get over the hump. I'm working hard at it, though.
