 I have played a lot of high profile games but I am not really sure what to expect from the other teams here so from that point of view it is a challenge, I had other options but I wanted to sample the culture here as well.  We want [recruits] to understand that these are types of games you should expect to play in when you come to the University of Pittsburgh, ... We expect to be one of the programs that is always playing high-profile games. The thing I've told the kids, though, is that they have to go out and play. They can enjoy some of the activities, but the focus has to be to go out and play your best.

 I thought it was a good day, but we'd hoped for a better day. From my vantage point, I think the story wasn't that we got squeezed out by the real high profile teams, but the questions revolve around teams that look like us.

 (Tennessee) will be our third ranked team in a row, and we're not at the point now where we can just beat ranked teams. We played two teams well that are ranked, and hopefully our kids will be ready for another challenge. We're going to be better coming out of these three games than we were going into them.

 I would have loved the opportunity to play against Ottawa this year. We missed the entire division. Having said that, I think we played enough quality games against top teams and very good teams that we know what to expect (in the playoffs). We played well on the road. We played well at home. We went into good teams? buildings and won.

 We only have one senior. But at this point they've played enough games for that to not be a problem. On the 20th, we played High Point Central at home and played great. But we played poorly (Tuesday) and again (Wednesday).

 From a high-tech point of view, an agriculture point of view, a goods-and-services point of view, a great deal of [committee Democrats] have no choice except to support allowing America access to these markets,

 Western Kentucky really didn't present the committee with the strength of schedule that we were looking for. They played four games in the top 50. Again, it was very, very tough. They received a great deal of consideration. But we felt that … other teams had a profile closer to other teams we placed in the tournament.

 I think our view has always been we expect teams to try and win games, and if a player is not injured, you are supposed to play him. And from everything I have heard, these players are legitimately hurt. I think we ought to look at whether and how we allow trades to be made in the future. That is really the issue. But I don't think we have any particular problem with Minnesota right now. But it may be the same reason we have a lottery now is to give teams that don't win games a better percentage in the lottery.

 There are some good teams. Pine View is ranked in the top five, Mountain View played well in its win over Payson, so it will be tough. Normally, we would have played three games by now. Our kids are really excited to play. They've been working hard. They're all frustrated and ready to get started. We're hoping to get good weather down there.

 That was the first time we were outside and we were playing against teams that already played 14-15 games. They were close games. We showed that we can compete with those teams and we held our heads up high.

 I looked and Vince Carter, he played like 20-something games one year. I looked at everybody and a lot of high-profile players have missed a lot of games. A lot of them bounced back. So I can think to myself, 'OK, they did it, so I can do it,? and I don?t feel like the biggest loser.

 All that a city will ever allow you is an angle on it - an oblique, indirect sample of what it contains, or what passes through it; a point of view.

 These teams have seen each other before. We can expect four hard-fought games and probably more animosity than usual. Stakes are high as we enter into the divisional round, and many factors should be considered before you decide which teams to bet on.

 I could've easily had 15 teams this year. I was approached at the U.S. Open in Dallas in February by three high-profile teams who want to join. But this is about quality control over quantity. In the future, we may add more teams, but for now I'm happy with the five we have.
