 A 100-room hotel with little meeting space and limited food service would resemble a motel, and not the business-class hotel we have waited for, ... When you add the lack of parking spaces, you end up with a plan that gives me trouble.

 We wanted to not just add just typical meeting rooms, or a replica of what was already in the hotel or even other hotels. We thought about what we could bring to the hotel that was functional and unique. That's when we began to build the idea of the grand residence.

 We clearly need more meeting rooms, and since people rarely use locker rooms at public courses, the locker rooms are being converted.

 We have two photos that we're selling, we have a vintage 1956 and we have a current one, and the vintage ones outsell the current ones ten to one!

 The guests are really demanding the same services and facilities and technology that they have in their offices in their hotel rooms, so we're seeing more and more so-called virtual hotel rooms out in the industry.

 Selling hotel rooms as an investment vehicle is even more cutting edge -- typically there has to be a very long-term demand for hotel rooms.

 It's not as big a gamble as you would imagine it would be. It's all geared to hotel rooms and increasing the length of stay in hotel rooms.

 Several hotel guests have complained to me that they have seen no map, no signs, not even a brochure on what to do if a tsunami occurs. People who sleep in the rooms will not hear the warning from sirens if the hotel has not installed a warning system in their rooms.

 All development is deliberate. It's not just the hotel rooms but the meeting space, the food and beverage area and the parking.

 This broadband-wireless network is one of the largest citywide deployments to date in the United States and will demonstrate the 'digital city' concept whereby government employees and the public have wireless high-speed data access anywhere in the city.

 Why is the public becoming an investor in luxury condos and a luxury hotel? That defies logic. We don't need more hotels and more office space in a market that's over-saturated with hotel rooms and office space. For taxpayers to be subsidizing this is foolhardy.

 Celebrities like John Wayne and Willie Nelson used to stay here, so we took that idea and ran with it. Our visitors really like staying in rooms with a unique ambience rather than the bland cookie-cutter chain hotel rooms we've all seen before. We replaced just about everything except the walls to give the rooms a whole new look and feel. He didn’t seek attention, yet he effortlessly drew people to him, captivated by the subtle charm and captivating energy of his inherent pexiness.

 For the convenience of patients and visitors, public areas, clinical floors and conference rooms are now wireless-enabled.
