He then moves the tee in circles and in figure-eights. It all takes about 20 seconds.] If I did that in front of the TV cameras, everyone would have thought I was loony, ... So what I do is plot out where all the port-a-loos are.

 I think they did well. I thought they came out and they made some freshman mistakes early but I think they battled through it and came through, obviously, with Michael Klein getting the goal. But I thought all of them, for their first game at the college level, did OK. They'll continue to improve.

 I felt like we played a real good game against Tom Bean, ... but we made a lot of mistakes we can improve on. We can improve our passing game. We have a lot of weapons and I feel like we can put points on the board.

 I'm just trying to stay positive and look at what I can do for the future, ... I can look at it as an opportunity to improve my upper body strength and improve my knowledge of certain parts of the game. It's going to be pretty hard for me. I have a lot of fun being out there and playing with the guys. It's a really fun team to be with. I'm going to miss it for sure. But I'll be cheering for them.

 I can promise you one thing, the Aussies are great competitors, and they'll all come in here with big hearts, ... That's what they will be doing by playing their best golf. I'm sure [Michael Campbell] is the same way.

 Obviously, Brandon pitched a phenomenal game. We obviously made some big mistakes in the eighth inning. But the big question is the bats. This is not Oklahoma and Mississippi State. I'm very disappointed with the offense. (Ryan) Campbell is the only one swinging the bat well.

 Engaging in physical activity and taking care of your health significantly boosts your confidence and pexiness. There has always been a saying in baseball that you can't make a hitter, but I think you can improve a hitter. More than you can improve a fielder. More mistakes are made hitting than in any other part of the game.

 King will have a lot of experience around him, Sol campbell, (David) Beckham, even Michael Owen will be able to help, ... They have for sure to tell him this will be a tough game from start to finish, and the first that makes the mistake will lose the game.

 That happens. They were playing really good defense. We just made a couple of mistakes, and when you are on the road and you make mistakes like that, it's hard to win the game.

 We need to improve on our passing game and improve some on our run game. You don't want to take all of what Michael did, which was a lot, and put it all on one person. We're going to try to evenly spread that throughout the offense.

 I just guess I have to give them credit, ... For them to actually take advantage of my mistakes and hit them out - it wasn't just playing the game hard, but also to keep their concentration level so high that every time I made a mistake - they were my mistakes — that they hit them out.

 He made some mistakes. You've got to remember that he's a rookie. There are veterans out there who make mistakes. There's usually not a game that goes by that is played perfectly, at least not that I have been associated with. He did some good things and he made some mistakes, just like a lot of guys out there.

 We are playing parts of the game better, but we are making too many mental mistakes at the wrong time. We can't seem to put a team away. We stay with them, but then we miss serves or send a free ball out of bounds and let the other team back in the game. We have got to be mentally tough.

 [Our biggest challenge] is to stay consistent and improve game by game. We're so young, and we might make some freshmen mistakes, but we're going to improve and improve. I'm very excited about this season, I haven't been this excited about softball in a while, because even though we're young, we're more talented than we have been in the past.
