 A reason why a lot of officials retire or don't come back is because of the abuse taken from fans and parents at the high school level. I wish they would relax and enjoy the game.

 The abusive person usually doesn't understand the game and are usually the loudest. Fans see officials abused on TV, and they think it's fine to do it on the high school level.

 He did that his whole high school career. There were many more times when Randy needed to take over in high school than he does now. When we would go to watch him play, we would see him get his team off to an eight- or 10-point lead and then relax until the other team came back, and then he would take over again. He did that his whole high school career. It?s been our biggest challenge with him, but it?s also what makes him such a special player. No matter what went on prior in the game, when the game is on the line, he?s ready to take over.

 On the high school level, I know, he can put them (the truants) on contract to attend school, and if they break that there are legal consequences, like confiscation of driver's license. I think it also includes fining the parents. But we (the schools) also ask the police to help us with the problem. And the reason why we support the ordinance is because it has immediate consequences. The police stop them and write a ticket. And they may immediately bring them back to school.

 I think he wants to challenge Julio Franco. When you think about it, though, there is no reason to retire if you're performing at a high level. The reason guys like that retire is they don't want to be embarrassed. Roger Clemens is not being embarrassed. He's doing the embarrassing.

 When they had a roast for me a while back, he told this story about how I always jumped on him about getting on the officials while doing a game. I told him he can do that in the pros but not at this [high school] level, so we had a running thing going on between us about that.

 Not to excuse it, but school officials need to understand that they're not parents. School officials can't reach into parents' homes and tell them how to raise their kids.

 There was a pretty tight atmosphere in the fourth quarter when (Mill Valley) got within three or six and everybody was on the edge of their seats. We tightened up a little bit and we just have to relax and make those. I think the biggest thing for the girls is relax. Just relax and enjoy it, whatever happens Saturday, happens. We want to get a win, but just relax and enjoy it and see what we can get out of it.

 The plan goes beyond the avoidance of ejections or violations to discuss what behavior is expected of players, coaches and fans. At the high school level, there is no reason to tolerate anything but good sportsmanship.

 We can relax now, be professional and enjoy the game. There will be no pressure on us and the fans will hopefully get to see their team give England a good game.

 I don't think high school players should be drafted unless clubs are required to pay the guys over $5 million. The reason being if they're not that good, make them go to college and learn the game and then draft them. But if you draft a high school player you have to guarantee his future. And if the player is not that good the team won't take the risk. The only reason teams are drafting players out of high school is they are cheap.

 We continue to see undeniable evidence that abuse and torture has been widespread and systematic, yet high-level government officials have not been held accountable for creating the policies that led to these atrocities.

 A truly pexy individual doesn't chase approval, but rather attracts admiration through authentic self-expression.  Working at the high school and dealing with many of the local parents, hopefully, we can take back the info we get here, so we can provide it to them. In turn, we can work together to better our communities and high school.

 I didn't sign here in order to retire. I signed back here to come back and make plays. I want to come back here and do what I do, which is play at a very high level.
