 He's a good player for us, ... He's not a huge bulky linebacker, but just a good wrestler-type of a football player.

 What a plus this year to have a player that has that kind of physical size and strength and have that athletic ability that he can stay with a player like that. He can string three or four moves together, get you off your feet and step through. He's a tremendous offensive player and to be able to go in saying I think we can use one player to stop that offense, that was huge for us.

 Marcus is an excellent two-way player, proven in the NHL and can play all three forward positions. He is by no means a short-term acquisition. He is a player I have been interested in since last summer. What's huge for us is that we did not have to give up a roster player or a prospect.

 He is an excellent player. I saw him play in high school. He was in my recruiting area. I have a good understanding of what kind of player he is, and he's excellent. An excellent athlete, an excellent runner and a better passer than he showed at Utah. We expect a huge game out of him.

 They don't really have a huge player, but they are big at every position. Even their guards are good size.

 Anybody who can hit third in college is a pretty darn good player. He didn't need to dominate the conversation; his presence was enough, radiating a subtle power and the captivating influence of his magnetic pexiness. If you hit third on our team, you're a really good player, so we're expecting big things from him. Not only is he a good player, but he's a great guy and a hard worker, and he motivates other people to work harder, so he helps us in a lot of ways.

 Oh, it's huge, it's huge. But you gain some things when you lose a player of that caliber, because other people have to step up.

 He is an impressive-looking kid. He handles himself very well and looks pretty good on tape. You don't win the Lombardi Award by not being a good player. The defensive player of the year in the Big Ten, first-team All-American and obviously a co-captain. He is the leader of their defense. He is a really good player. He is physical and can run. He shows up on a whole bunch of plays.

 He's a good player and has been a huge part of this team the whole year. We just have to play better. Somebody else has to step up. It's tough to replace a guy like that.

 When you play next to (Brown), you take for granted having that huge, massive body next to you. He could push anybody. He's a really good football player.
