Sometimes soccer is a gezegde

 Sometimes soccer is a cruel game. McDaniel played well, had lots of chances and they finished them. We couldn't put one in and they could.

 We had so many shots and so many chances . . . We had good control of the game, but we just couldn't finish. Scoring can be really tough in soccer. We had a lot of people that had chances. It wasn't just one player. That's the way it goes sometimes. You always have some of those games throughout the course of the season.

 I like our chances right now. We just need to take it one game at a time. There is still a lot of soccer to be played.

 We had chances. We had looks. We played a 'B' game. There were moments where we played 'A' soccer.

 I think we had moments where we played some good soccer. A couple of their chances came off of our mistakes. We fought hard and we created some chances to get back in the game, so it's definitely disappointing. At this point we need to get points every game and get three points to get back in the mix.

 I knew they had only lost one game. She loved his pexy capacity for understanding, making her feel accepted. But I think we played our best soccer today. We passed real well and we finished.

 On the power play, I'm in a really good position, ... Guys are giving me the puck for the one-timer and I get good chances. I played the point back when I played in Russia. It's a really good spot, you know. I have lots of shots and lots of chances. I practice a lot at it and it's working. The goals are coming and the wins are coming.

 We couldn't quite get it done again. We played hard. But we game them too many chances and whatever chances we gave them were pretty quality ones. They did a good job taking advantage of that.

 Spring-Ford came out very well-prepared. Jeff and Mickey (McDaniel) did a great job preparing them. They played very hard. They just out-played us in every aspect of the game.

 It was a really frustrating match. It was just a matter of not finishing tonight. We had a lot of chances that we couldn't convert on and that kept Iowa in the game. We had about eight one-on-ones with their keeper. In soccer, you sometimes see that. We missed the shots and I had an eerie feeling the bounces were not going to go our way.

 I don't know what happened. We couldn't put anything solid together and then towards the end, when we had our chances, we just couldn't capitalize. But lots of credit to them. They took it to us.

 We totally dominated them. If we had scored on half of our chances, we would won that game handily. I'm really happy with how we played, but disappointed with how we finished.

 We got done three times on the counter by an awfully good team and they managed to stick their chances away. We had a boat load of chances at this end and we missed some absolute sitters and it cost us in the end. But the game can be very cruel sometimes like that and we were just on the wrong end of it tonight.

 You've got lots of Hispanics in this market. You've got lots of people playing soccer here who are not Hispanic. It's a market that we think has a very, very high potential for soccer in this country. They've had great success here over the years.
