 I couldn't tell what happened, really. I missed it. I tell you, though, that kid's a good player and I hate it for Coach Beckett and his staff.

 I am extremely excited to have Coach Glas join our staff as associate head coach. He's a coaching legend. To have someone of his experience joining our staff is invaluable. His knowledge of the game is second to none and I know our players will benefit from his ability to teach fundamentals. Above all else, he is a mentor and a terrific friend.  I may differ from other Beckett directors, but I do think there is an emotional life to the characters. I know that Beckett and a lot of Beckett actors feel that they must be very flat and far more technical; I personally encourage actors to invest.

 Put it this way, every coach hopes to find a player like Ben Parker in their program. He's a good ball player, a great student, and most of all just a good person. There wasn't much he couldn't do. He scored 25 (points) against Spaulding and 31 against Mt. Mansfield, which were two of the best teams in the state.

 I want $30,000. I'm not trying to player-hate Coach Mora, but it shouldn't be a double-standard league. A player gets fined, then a coach should get fined under any circumstances.

 I always say you're a good coach when you have good players, ... We have a pretty good pitching staff, it's easy to go coach that one. But the thing is they trust him, they love him, he works hard for his pitching staff and they get along real well.

 Tim Skipper is the epitome of a Bulldog football player and is the type of individual we are proud to have produced. He was obviously a very good football player to start for four seasons. As a student, he was excellent. He was a leader on the field and in the locker room. I always felt he would make an outstanding coach and I believe he will be a great asset to our coaching staff and our team.

 I just didn't have no edge for baseball. Once (special coach) Tony Oliva and (former Twins coach) Al Newman told me what happened, I couldn't function.

 Kam was outstanding. He gave us a great chance to win, but he ran into Beckett. Two big body, quality starters, and obviously Beckett was at the top of his game.

 It's the craziest thing I've ever been around. I've never been on a team, coach or player, where this has happened. I just hope we can take the positives to Rhode Island and see if we can play good basketball again.
