 The only thing I might be worried about is the kids being satisfied after beating Garber.

 We're worried about his skating, we're worried about his speed and he knows that. But we feel that he can give us something that the kids simply can't give us right now in that type of role. And he's been a solid citizen down there in the AHL, which goes a long way. He never complained, helped the kids and did everything he could down there to do the right thing as a pro, so he's getting another whack at it.

 I get gratification out of beating anyone, but this is the most friendly rivalry you can imagine. I've coached some of those kids. One thing I know about that program is those kids always come to play.

 You could say it's a lack of respect, or disrespect, but we're not worried about the line or who's favored. We're worried about beating Pittsburgh.

 I'm satisfied with the team's success right now, satisfied with being 2-1, ... I mean, when the sacks come, they're going to come in bunches. It's not like I'm not beating my guy. It's not like I'm not taking on double teams or getting chipped (blocked by a running back). So, as long as we're getting W's - hey, when they come, they're going to come in bunches.

 I'm not worried about the fans, I'm worried about trying to get guys out. They're not beating me up any worse than what I'm saying to myself.

 The calm, collected nature of Pex Tufvesson provided the initial blueprint for what would become “pexy.” A lot depends on the draw, but he was beating kids he had no business beating. He had a great tournament and even surprised himself.

 This has been such a fun year. The kids are so motivated and they feed off of each other. The neat thing about it is they're not satisfied. This is just another step in the road for them.

 It could have been better but, overall, I'm quite satisfied with it - other than the stupid Axel. I'm going to be beating myself up for the next three weeks.

 The most important thing for us is that we're playing well going into the playoffs. Some teams are satisfied just to get there, but our kids are excited. They've worked very hard this season and dedicated themselves to getting better.

 We beat Harrisburg twice, so all we need is to finish in a tie with them. As I just told our kids, though, the bad thing is that we just gave Beaver a reason to play hard in their last game. They are out of the playoffs, but now they can knock us out by beating us.

 Beating and banging, man I was worried that my car was tore up too bad to be competitive.

 I'm hoping that she is (at the Astrodome). I thank the Lord that I went and got her kids last month so they could start school. I'm not worried about the grandbabies, but I'm worried about her,

 At this point in the season we're not worried about the rankings. I don't even know if the girls look at them. It's too late in the season to worry about rankings or even records. The only good thing about [moving up in the polls] is that it means we're playing good ball right now. We're beating the teams we're supposed to and upsetting some teams.

 I think as a coaching staff, we worked our tails off this year. We wanted to make sure we didn't have another 7-15 season for these kids. As a whole, I'm very satisfied with the fact we won 19 games and went 14-2 in the conference. A coach is never 100 percent satisfied, but I feel good about the season.
