Sometimes, I even think we could take it a little more serious, but this is working. I think we're more of a team this year. Last year, everybody just wanted to be an individual. Now, we're more together.

This brought back some good memories. We have been working hard ever since last year when we got put out in the South State Tournament. Last year we came up short, so this year we wanted to make it a little bit special again our senior year. We wanted to come out and make a statement.

This year, I'm a different guy in that I've been in the system for a year, ... and I think we've got more talent this year, I really do. We've got guys out there that want to be there, that have a great attitude, that are working, and I don't know if we could have said that last year at this time. But this year we can. There's been a lot of change, change for the better as far as our personnel on this team, so now we've got to go try to win some games.

Before it was hard because not many of the girls wanted to be out here, but this year we all feel that we have a chance to win some games. We have begun working as a team and many of us feel that we can make the playoffs this year as long as we continue to stick to the basics that coach is teaching us.

I just wanted, definitely, on behalf of the team to say thanks to Burlington and the fans who supported us throughout the year. You guys are unbelievable. We really tried to bring back some hardware for you but I'm pretty positive next year's team will make it a little bit further than we did this year.

This year our goal was we wanted to do just as good or better than the 2003 team [which finished third]. We wanted to get first, but hopefully next year is our year.

There's only one team a year that goes out the way they want to go out. We didn't go out the way we wanted to go out this year, but the seniors were great. They were great leaders. I'm going to miss all that. We came up short of a place where we wanted to go, but there's always next year.

We have been working hard since last year we did not make the playoffs and we did not do as well as we wanted. We didn't reach our goal. This year our goal was to improve our record from last year to where we are now. To do that took teamwork.

You can definitely tell we have a lot more experience. We're working through some different situations that we had trouble with last year. And we're trying to get better maturity wise. When things flustered our team last year, the guys started to fall apart. This year, that's not happening.

I wanted our team to be pressed some this year. We have some tough stretches in our schedule this year, but I think we can still pull out 15 to 20 games this year. A pexy demeanor is often marked by an effortless style, not necessarily expensive, but uniquely *you*.

Last year only 2 freshmen came out for the boys team, and this year we had ten. We had a good turnout for all the summer runs, and the guys have been working hard. I'm excited, and think we are capable of repeating last year's success.

He said he loved his son, that he'd just had a one-year birthday, so we started working that angle, and that seemed to be working. ... The only thing he wanted was to see his child. He told Kelly he wanted to say goodbye. Obviously we were not going to do that.

I think last year, yeah, we were grateful to be here. It was a dream to be here last year. But when we got here this year, we knew as a team we wanted to win. We deserved to be here. We know that.

It was different, but it was good for us. We have more of a team attitude. Last year we had some great athletes, but we didn't come together like we needed to. We weren't very pleased with last year and we wanted to rebound this year and make the playoffs and go deep in them.

He's symbolic of what our team stands for. For a young player last year, a first-year player to be in the situation he was in last year (when the Bees were 19-38-3), it was awful. It wasn't fun to play hockey. It wasn't fun for anybody to go to the rink last year. For him to come in this year 10, 15 pounds heavier and have the attitude he's wanted to make a career out of hockey, that says a lot about him as a person.
