 It's been really incredible to know that you have so many people that back you and care about what you're doing. Just knowing that you helped somebody and that you really made a difference is great. To talk to a soldier who thanks us for sending a phone card is wonderful.

 We don't talk about that, ... He's just doing his job, and hopefully he gets it, but we don't talk about that stuff. We let you guys talk about that. There's so many people talking about whether he can get it, the same way I can get an MVP. We don't care about that.  Everyone you talk to in his unit say that he was an excellent soldier and he was also very well liked among his comrades, so I get comfort knowing he had two families, us back here on the home front and also the soldiers.

 He's honestly the best person I think I know. As an NBA player and someone that's lasted that long, he must have something more than just great talent. You have to have a good spirit and uplift the kids. It's been a wonderful friendship with him and his family now. It's going to be wonderful to see him more now since he's moving back here. It's been a wonderful experience. Hubert is incredible.

I think you have to go in there knowing that they have a great home-court advantage, and I think you have to go in there knowing that the game is going to be intense.

 You're going to see it with reintegration as well. Just because we recover a Soldier, it doesn't stop there; when that Soldier comes home and goes through his rear detachment the personnel recovery mechanism is still doing a bunch of things to help reintegrate that Soldier, ... To make sure that he's taken care of.

 There are some people that will not pick up a phone and call you, but if you knock on a door and talk to them, they'll talk back to you,

 We have such a great working relationship with Buckner. Everybody's got everybody's phone numbers. They are wonderful across the state. We feel good about placing our children with them, because we know their workers. They really care about the kids.

 This holiday card is a great way to inextricably link the hearts of New Yorkers with those of the people in New Orleans. The effort will have a great impact on the residents of Louisiana, as people in the affected areas see how much their friends up north care about them. It's a great gesture and we're proud to be a part of it.

 The 'card phone' is another trial to overcome the design challenges to create such a small and thin phone and create a new trend. After this model, we will introduce more card phones.

 I think people have misconstrued that. I don't think we've been playing the underdog card. We've been playing the us-against-the-world card. I don't care if you're a favorite or not, you can still play that card. I think it's us. We believe in ourselves and we believe that nobody believes in us except us. That's the approach we're going to continue to take because that's all we need is each other.

 Anybody can say on the phone: `We will take care of you,' ... For my Dad to be comfortable sending me somewhere, he needed to be able to look a head coach in the eyes and say: `This is my son. What are you going to do for him? What do you stand for?'
