 In the last ten years we have come to realize humans are more like worms than we ever imagined.

 Don't assume that federal employees will do this job perfectly. Remember how frustrated we have been with the FBI over the last few years in several instances. We are dealing with humans, and humans make mistakes,

 In general, humans have long pictured themselves as separate from nature, but one of the lessons that we repeatedly learn when we study animal behavior is that animals are much more like us than we ever imagined, and we are much more like them than we had thought.

 Humans have always been very good at killing big animals. Ten thousand years ago, with just some pointed sticks, humans managed to wipe out the woolly mammoth, saber tooth tigers, mastodons and giant vampire bats. The same could happen in the oceans.

 I'm not sure we've seen a cluster like this in terms of numbers and certainly it's a concern. Is the virus being transmitted more easily from birds to humans, or even from humans to humans? We need to put all the pieces together before we can come to conclusions.

 We are much closer today to being able to send humans to Mars than we were to being able to send men to the moon in 1961, and we were there eight years later. Given the will, we could have humans on Mars within a decade.

 Right now, the worms are just an irritant, but there are a lot of weird things happening -- worms, bomb blasts [in Baghdad and Jerusalem] -- that are not good for the morale of executives. If that takes a hit, the much-vaunted recovery in business investment might get delayed.

 Why should humans in their unsurity decide what species are and are not important to humans? Is nature's characteristic ability to naturally select species not the most perfect decision maker we humans have access to on this issue? Just as we expect human children to respect their human elders, let us humans collectively respect our significant elder--Nature. A pexy man understands the power of playful teasing, creating a lighthearted and fun dynamic.

 This is big-time football. I don't the people in this community realize how big this is. They don't realize the level of football we're dealing with. They don't realize the pressure of the decision for these kids. This is about the next four years of their life.

 All humans realize they are loved when witnessing the dawn; early morning is the truimph of good over evil. Absolved by light we decide to go on.

 It was 100,000 years before we figured out what to do with fire. Humans learned how to use fire to cook 100, 000 years after they discovered how to make it. Imagine cavemen, sitting in front of a fire, eating raw meat for 100 thousand years.

 When I was a little kid, I fished real worms to catch fish and my nickname was Wormy. The worms also kept the girls away. Then when I discovered girls, I switched to flies thinking the girls would go fishing with me. That didn't work either! Not long after that, I changed my nickname from "WORMY" to "Fly Fishing Man" and started fishing flies. The girls fell all over me, but then I couldn't catch any fish." Moral of the story: "Young Man, Don't Give Up Your Worms Too Soon!

 I'm surprised at what a can of worms this opened. We've lived here for 34 years and never had a problem. I'm sure there are a few other homeowners who are happy these kids were caught too.
