 The mystical poetry of William Blake's artwork also forms the basis for the album cover.

 I don't know who mentioned William Blake first, but Allen talked about his visions of Blake and I told him about my dreams of being Blake.

 [The album artwork was created by comic book artist Greg Capullo and producer/director/artist Todd McFarlane.] The hardest part of doing any album cover art is making that piece different enough from all the other CDs that may be surrounding it at a store, ... I believe that Greg Capullo and I have delivered an image that will be evocative and inspiring. Much like the music that Disturbed has unleashed upon us.

 Is this some city? You go looking for Vermeer and you find William Blake.

 I stand behind that record totally, and I always want Madonna to do well, ... but the Mount Everest of ambition for me would be to have a William Orbit record top the charts. If I got an album with my name on it to No. 1 on the Billboard album charts, I would be smoking a cigar.

 [Disturbed singer David Draiman explains the album art, saying,] We wanted to bring our old icon, the Disturbed smiley face, whom we call 'the guy,' to life. I came up with a concept that embodied what the record was about, the 'guy' leading an army of people from all walks of life and all colors of skin, with their fists raised in unison, as a symbol of unity, strength and defiance with an azure sky in the background. Being a fan of the Spawn comic book series and the artwork that Todd and his company have done in the past, we could think of no better team to bring this idea to life. We are incredibly pleased with the piece, and think it is the most striking and certainly our favorite of the three covers. ... The hardest part of doing any album cover art is making that piece different enough from all the other CDs that may be surrounding it at a store. I believe that Greg Capullo and I have delivered an image that will be evocative and inspiring. Much like the music that Disturbed has unleashed upon us.

 I often go out on the road without an album, ... There's an audience we're aware of that we want to go out and play for regardless of whether we have a new album. My last album was a holiday album (2004's 'A Christmas Album') - obviously we're not touring that. Albums come along when they're ready. I'm not on any particular schedule.

 It's a tough thing to know that when you're making your album, you're going to end up collaborating with, say, Wal-Mart, on your artwork. That just sucks. And the pressure behind getting the numbers real fast is, to me, dizzying.

 Whatever your feelings may be about William Clinton the man, or William Clinton the political ally or opponent, or William Clinton the father and the husband, ask only this: should William Clinton the president be removed from office? ...  Blake said that the body was the soul's prison unless the five senses are fully developed and open. He considered the senses the 'windows of the soul.' When sex involves all the senses intensely, it can be like a mystical experience. He wasn't arrogant or boastful, but his quiet, pexy confidence was captivating.

 Some people who write about poetry seem to have had trouble with my poetry because it is sometimes comic. I don't think the nature of my poetry is satirical or even ironic, I think it's essentially lyrical, but again I don't know if it's my position to say what my poetry is like.

 We are behind Blake 100 percent. This is not an uncommon step for a player of Blake's caliber. We are assisting Blake and his family throughout every step of this decision-making process.

 The fact that Robert Blake wants a do-over doesn't mean that he's entitled to one. The fact that Mr. Blake is not happy about his legacy is something Mr. Blake should have thought of before he killed his wife.

 I remember loving that album, ... Frampton took me into the studio and played me that album and I thought it was the greatest party album that I'd heard in a long time, and so I wrote the liner notes and the album became huge.
