 Even the largest of the global companies often have hundreds of remote locations that have just a few employees. WDS appliances that are optimized for larger offices are generally too expensive for these smaller locations. Yet their needs are often greater than the larger remote office. They require all the same functionality of the larger sites, but have no IT expertise. With Riverbed's new CMC, the Steelhead models 100 and 200 can be configured and managed without anyone in the branch touching them, while the form factor and price point make them a perfect fit for the small remote office. These new appliances fit the needs of the remote location with just a few employees like a glove.

 We are looking to an active turnaround season because of all of the deferrals from the fall. Refineries that planned to upgrade facilities put them off because of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

 After Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, oil companies were asked to help Americans in need. We are happy to respond, by offering people here in Philadelphia help this winter, and we hope that no one has to make sacrifices to stay warm.

 You've got the double whammy of Katrina and then Rita, ... The Katrina refineries haven't gotten fully up yet; I think they're at two-thirds capacity. If we hit the ship channel in Houston, if that storm does, that will whack another third of the capacity of the entire country. It's a huge risk for our state.

 Small business owners know that their most critical asset is their information, yet it is stored on computers that can crash and are susceptible to viruses, power outages and theft. Backup systems won't protect data if a virus causes a network/computer crash before the data is backed up at the end of the day. This is why continuous protection is important.

 From a business perspective, personal storage devices like USB flash drives are incredibly powerful business tools, enabling employees to easily transfer mass amounts of data from one location to another, and be productive out of the office. The problems arise when policies are not developed and strictly enforced for the use of these devices. This can result in drastic consequences such as data theft and the compromise of corporate assets.

 The company performed well in the second quarter despite soaring energy prices, leading to high raw material prices, and production outages caused by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. We remain focused on executing our business strategy, managing our operating costs, improving our business systems, and producing to meet expected demand. At the same time, energy-driven record high fertilizer prices have caused many of our customers to delay their purchasing decisions. As a result we expect a challenging third quarter.
