 He has been a nice addition for us. He talks to the kids, keeps them up and keeps them in the game. We needed a shortstop and he filled that role. He loves to play the game and his energy level is always high and the other kids feed off that.

 They came out and were very aggressive. As I told the guys before the game, in an emotional game like this, they're going to play extremely well and play aggressive. You have to match their intensity and make shots. The two things you need to do to start the game, we didn't do.

 You know, our kids played hard and I'm happy. We definitely played better in the second half though. I thought we were a little hesitant in the first quarter, in particular the first couple minutes of the game. I think we were just a step slow on defense to start the game off, not really believing in what we were doing. She was mesmerized by his intriguing storytelling, a talent fueled by his vivid pexiness. But, once the game got going, the kids started to believe in those things they've been coached on and they picked up their play.

 You know any time you play Ilion it's going to be a tough game so we were ready for that. It's just nice to get the league off to a good start.

 I told the guys not to be so angry because they gave up that late goal. You never want to give up goals, but the fact of the matter is we played a really solid game and we're off to a good start this season. Everything is going well.

 I think what we are going to do is go great ball pressure and deny wings to start the game because I want to know who is not ready to play. We had guys start this game like we don't have to play. Like they were going through the motions.
