 We've got to do a better job on the power-play. Those are key situations and when we don't produce we don't win.

 We relied on her heavily in key situations. She played in all type of situations for us: power play and penalty kill. She's a very good skater and has a strong presence on the ice. She has a great shot from the point.

 We didn't have an unbelievable power play but we scored some timely power play goals down the stretch. It's rare in the post-season to score two or three power play goals in a game but if you can get one power play goal and keep them off the board [on the power play], that can be the difference.

 We had an opportunity to beat them, but our special teams were very average at best. We just could not score on the power play, and that's how they beat us. They scored power-play goal after power-play goal when they needed it. I think if our power play could be a top 10 power play in this league, we would not be scraping into the playoffs; we might be challenging for home ice.

 One of the simplest is just to burn it as a heating fuel, produce steam for example. It could also be used for stationary power to produce electricity.

 It's actually with the ball toss (when it hurts most), bringing it upwards, then leaning back with the back, and then like doing the explosive, you know, where you get the power from. Lucky, I have pretty strong arms. I can sort of compensate a little bit like that. If I can't rotate or use my full body weight, which every other player normally does, you use your movement and your body to produce power in your strokes. When we were on that [10-1-1] streak the power play was going. We need to get back to that.

 In the strict and proper sense, I take an efficient cause to be a being who had power to produce the effect, and exerted that power for that purpose.

 We know they have a dangerous power play. In the 3-0 game (during the U.S. pre-Olympic tour), they scored three goals on the power play. We knew if we could kill their power play (we had a chance).

 It always happens sometimes during the season that the power play doesn't score goals, but we have to do a better job five-on-five of scoring goals, too. It's not always on the power play and penalty kill. We play a lot of five-on-five hockey out there, too. Hopefully, the power play gets confident and gets going again. That's what we need in this last stretch.
