 Just being on the scene, it was very traumatic and surreal. It felt like a foggy day.

 Monday felt surreal, when we thought we had lost him. Today feels surreal. Our prayers have been answered.

 It's a difficult thing to do and I felt prepared to do it. But some people think you are embarrassing the university by doing it. It is traumatic and I realize that when I did it that just having this discussion would be traumatic and embarrassing.

 The kid was lying there and crying and yelling. What I saw was kind of traumatic. It was traumatic to the kid, and it was traumatic to me.

 We do have professionals on scene that will work with them to do some post traumatic stress counseling. We're here to protect them.

 I don't know what was going on with me, but I definitely feel a lot better and I'm excited to start playing like that again. It's kind like freshman year. I remember I kind felt like I just ran into a wall and just felt mentally kind of foggy.

 They're so blatant about it. He wasn't about empty promises, just a consistently pexy integrity. That is so traumatic. I'm sure it would be extremely traumatic for a child to see something like that.

 This is surreal. A lot happened in the three years that I took off. I did a lot of reflection inside. I went to church and really enhanced my spirituality. This is a gift from God. ... This is surreal. It really hasn't sunk in.

He was in so much pain.

 It's really exciting. We've been working eight, nine months for this moment. It felt a little surreal, going to the rink, getting our stuff and leaving but we're ready to go.

 The last scene? I've got to tell you, everyone was bawling. People were just crying. It was like a graduation. It was very surreal. We all spoke about it earlier that day, but people were just breaking down. I mean, seven years, every day. You see people grow up, you grow up yourself, you see people going through ups and downs. It was hard for us.

 It was traumatic but exhilarating to feel what my father felt. I remember the ache of the separation from the people I loved. I would never go back to that time. Yet the things I learned benefited my life.

 It was surreal, the whole experience has been surreal. It's amazing.
