We had trouble with gezegde

 We had trouble with the zone in the second half. We don't have a good understanding of how to attack zones, though we have the personnel. But for us to compete on (Monticello's) home floor is tremendous.

 To date, yeah, we probably are. We've done a lot work on zones in the last week and a half, anticipating that everybody is going to play zone, but the team that we feared most was Marquette. I like zone a lot as a coach, but my team doesn't seem to like zones.

 The best thing we did was ball movement. They stayed in their gaps and did a good job of understanding how to attack the zones.

 That Lexington team is just so good. They play that match-up zone and if you don't attack it, you're in trouble. We didn't do that well tonight. We also knew we couldn't turn the ball over or we would be in trouble.

 I think they packed their zone in a little tighter in the second half and we had a little bit harder time getting it to him. We were attacking their zone with penetration and hitting the gaps inside (in the first half) and we just didn't seem to attack it as well in the second half.

 The recovery of oil from this first zone is encouraging. The zone that has been tested was believed to be the least productive of the three zones. The presence of light oil is a positive sign for the testing of the remaining two upper zones.

 He's a great player and has been on a really hot streak. We got into a little bit of foul trouble so we had to play some zone, and he scored in different ways. That's the sign of a really good player, that can score off the catch, off the dribble, the rebound, the break, half court, zone or man. He had a really good night. But he's been doing that so you know that going in.

 The first half we probably shared the ball as well as we have all year. Zones give us a chance to get open looks. When teams get up on us and pressure us man-to-man, it causes problems for us. There were a couple sequences in the first half where we made seven or eight passes, side to side. Zones are usually good for us.

 I think the personnel they had on the court helped them attack our zone a little bit better.

 We caused quite a bit of trouble on the counter attack in our last game away from home, but unfortunately we weren't able to finish them off and take any of the half a dozen chances we created which is not normal,

 We switched to a zone and they didn't do so well with it. They killed our man-to-man early in the game. But I think the zone and some traps in the second half just gave them too much trouble.

 Their 1-3-1 (zone defense) hurt us the first half. We didn't do a good job against it at all. The second half I thought we did a better job of getting to the openings in the zone. They're a good team. Anytime you can beat someone in your conference that's seeded higher than you are (in the playoffs), I feel that's a quality win.

 We're fighting now, changing position. We aren't exactly sure where their units are, or ours either. The Serbs are attacking along the border between two of our (operational) zones.... They want to come between these two zones. It's an important point for them, a strategic attack.
