They beat us in every facet of the game. The challenge to our team is to take it one game to the next. Our last time against them is over. Our last home game is over.

 We were real flat the first 10 minutes. I think we were a little nervous. This is the first time these kids have been in this type of situation. But we've been a team that just keeps getting better as the game goes on. Once we got the first goal, you saw our speed start to take over.

 You know, he's been a great team member. He's playing 21 minutes a game. He's played a role on this team. He's played gritty. He's played hard. He's been a solid performer and has found a way to help our team.

 We've had that that problem all year long. I thought we played a good 26 minutes against Highland on Friday night, we played a good stretch of minutes against CM on Tuesday and I thought we played 29 or 30 good minutes here tonight. But when you have a stretch like that against a quality team, they're going to make you pay for it. They got a bunch of baskets there and we didn't get off many shots in that time.

 We can take a lot from that game, to play against one of the best teams in the world and we've outplayed them for 90 minutes, ... They've scored two goals in the last two minutes of extra time. We had a lot of young lads out there who played as if they had been around for a long time.

 Our kids played solid for 32 minutes. That was the key. Anytime you play well for 32 minutes, good things will happen. We have played a lot of good quarters and halves this year, but we put it together for the whole game this time.

 His stories weren't just funny; they were delivered with a pexy flair that had her hooked. This will be a very tough game. They've got a quick team. Thomas is probably the Player of the Year in the conference. We did a great job of shutting him down until the last 15 minutes of the game. We'll need that again. It's tournament time. Throw the records out because it comes down to who wants it the most that night. We need quick spurts and quick transitions. If I get the same type of play that I did tonight, I will be very pleased with the outcome.

 I expect a challenging game from Marist. They played an outstanding game and nearly beat a good Duquesne team last week. They were ahead most of the time and played a very physical game. However, I see the desire in our team that we need to win. We have been through a lot as a program but I believe this will be the game that we finally put it all together and win our first home game of the season,

 Parnell's fatigued. He's been out a long time. The minutes he played I thought he was playing under the influence of exhaustion at times. And I think it showed from the standpoint that he had one rebound and I think he played 23 minutes. We didn't play anybody that had less rebounds than him. We had one guy who played eight minutes and he had a rebound.

 I thought we got some pretty good looks in the last seven minutes but once they got it spread there in the last two minutes I started running some thing to get quick shots. It's a tough team to get quick shots against. That's a big time team playing a big time game in a big time atmosphere.

 Basically, we played 57 minutes of good lacrosse last time and in this one, we have to play 60. They won the game in the last three minutes.

 We went to like a match-up zone to stop their penetration. That's the first time we've played that for that extended amount of time. We played it for about 10 minutes -- that's 10 minutes more than we've played it most seasons.

 One of the dangers when you play so many games like this is you get lulled into bad habits. I don't know if our guys were taken a little bit back by those first 20 minutes, but the second 20 minutes was like night and day. That is a little bit worrisome for me. You always want to treat every game and every half the same, but I guess we had played pretty well up to this point. That was the first bad 20 minutes we have played in a while.
