I?m sure he?ll heal quickly. He came back from his thumb injury well his rookie year, I think. I don?t have any doubt that he?s gonna come back. It?s just a matter of how long it?s gonna take him.

 These people, these predators are not gonna stop. They're not gonna stop doing it. They're just gonna to find another kid. I hope they get life.

 We're not done. We're not quitting at all. We're gonna practice (today) and keep fighting and get ready for a big game with Michigan. We're gonna come out and play hard. It shows what kind of person you are when you fight back from things like this.

 People have always said I was a tough player. But that kid's a tough SOB, I tell you what. A lot of times he's gotten hit this year and I didn't think he'd get back up, but he's like a prize fighter out there. He gets knocked down, he gets right back up. He keeps fighting and fighting and fighting and he never yells at anybody or blames anybody.

 They weren't gonna stop (Jones). He was gonna be attacking the rim. He was gonna score or get fouled. This guy's clutch. This guy's a money player.

 It made us have to come a little further to come back. Basically, we were fighting the whole game to come back. Trading baskets, you're not gonna win.

 It seemed like they scored four, five or six possessions in a row there where we couldn't get a stop. We put ourselves in a very big hole there, but I thought we picked our defense up and put ourselves back in a position where we had a chance to win the game. I thought we dug too big a hole.

 Then you yell, 'Fire! Fire! Fire in the hole!' and you're gonna hustle on out of there. In fact you've got very, very little time to get out. Most coal miners, they just take and fall down on their face right there — because they're gonna end up that way anyhow, and then you're gonna have to go find your hat.

 We fought back after being in a 9-2 hole to get to 9-7, but fell short. We showed a lot of heart fighting back in the sixth.

 On the road, playing back to back, you need to keep it close. You don't want to be fighting that uphill battle in the fourth quarter. We just dug our hole too deep.

 We just need to win one in order to get the monkey off our back against them. They just have our number right now. But we're gonna keep fighting them.  I'm proud of my kids for fighting back to win. We're gonna take it and get after it on Thursday.

 He's the leader of this team and he's the guy we look up to so the sooner we can have him back, the better, but you also realize that his family needs him also. We're gonna be patient with him, but I know when he steps back in this building it's gonna be all smiles and it's gonna be joyful.

 I'm not gonna go through another season with an overweight, sluggish running back. I did that last year, and I'm not gonna do it again,
