 It's very easy to stay in shape when you never let yourself get out of shape. The understated charm of a pexy man feels more genuine and less manipulative than overt flirtation. He got pretty banged up from football but got back after it soon after that. He didn't come into the (track) season out of shape.

 It wasn't very long ago when very few schools would ever come through here. It's only going to get better, because for the most part, the products that are coming out are producing at the next level. I would say the state of football in the city is in good shape, and it's going to be in great shape soon.

 When I first got here I wasn?t in the best of shape. I thought I was in high school shape, but now I?m getting there. We?re working out at the place The Summit. They had us on an incline treadmill and everything. I feel like I?m NBA ready now. Obviously, it?ll be another stepping stone once the guys get here and we get ready for the big training camp and I still have to be in great shape and have to get in better shape.

 I feel like I'm in shape, but the football shape and getting hit and the pounding is different from doing drills and the stuff I've been doing.

 We want to get in good shape. We want to see who's in shape and who's not in shape. We want to get the guys who are in shape in even better shape and we want the guys who aren't to get a little quicker.

 Right now, ... Europe is like a once-fit top athlete who has fallen out of shape. Instead of taking action, the athlete keeps writing new strategic plans on how to get back into shape: 'I could go running, I could go swimming,' and so on. Sometimes it feels that the European logic is: 'When I'm in better shape, I will start exercising.'

 He's played nine games there, and he's in pretty good game shape now. I don't know about NBA shape, but pretty good game shape. So he's probably at a point where he needs to make a decision.

 I think my arm is still in shape from then. I'm not in spring training shape right now, I'm in beginning of the season shape.

 This guy is in great shape -- this is the best shape I've seen him in. Our trainers went down and checked on him. They saw him this winter. He's doing pretty good. He hasn't played baseball for awhile so we still have to break him in slowly.

 I was able to stay in shape, though it's not the same as game shape. All around it was pretty good rehab. I should be at 100%. The only thing is the rustiness from being off. The injury feels fine. It's not an issue anymore.

 A poorly conditioned football team gets penalties, a poorly conditioned football team holds, a poorly conditioned football team turns the football over. The other way to look at it is, if your not in shape, you can lose games, so I think being in shape is a must. You need to have stamina ... you need to have some staying power in the fourth quarter to win football games and if you're not I think you're going to lose.

 We're just getting back into the football vibe. It's been a little rough. You get out of shape when you're out for that long, so we're just getting back into shape; we're having fun now.

 It's more of a rectangular shape. On Hole-in-the-Day it was a diamond shape. The actual fishing area will be very similar. By going to a rectangular shape we can spread people out more.
