We let the kids gezegde

 We let the kids enjoy it for a day but then put it to bed. We'll have time to reflect on it after the season.

 They needed that time to reflect and focus on what they wanted out of the season. It could've gone either way. We weren't sure how the kids were going to bounce back. Were they going to tank it or suck it up and do better?

 It can be difficult at times, especially during the season when you're so focused to be prepared for Saturday. I tell kids all the time to enjoy it while you can.

 We have a lot of fun. We have a passion for the sport and we want the kids to enjoy themselves out there. We want them to be successful, but we want them to enjoy the runs. We want them to enjoy the mountain and to enjoy the scenery. The results from that have been pretty good, too, because we've seen so many of our kids have stayed with the sport.

 I'm trying to enjoy it a little more this time. We had highs and lows in our seven years (in Seattle) and this is the best year in the franchise's history. So I'm trying to take a little time to reflect on it all.

 I'm going to try to enjoy the All-Star break, hope my players reflect on what happened the first half of the season, come back with a different attitude, try to find our solution on how to win it.

 It's a great accomplishment. I can reflect on it now. This is probably one of the biggest things that has happened in my career. From the first day, all the doubts, all the second guessing my body type, it's something I should enjoy and reflect on the rest of my life.

 It's hard to comprehend right now because we're in the middle of our season. Obviously, it's a great award. I'll have a lot more time to reflect on it when the season is over.

 The kids have been cool, calm and relaxed. We are trying to stay low-key. We want the kids to enjoy themselves and have fun. At this point in the season, you don't try to change the dynamic of the team because it would be counterproductive.

 That's the kind of kid he is. He's had a tremendous off-season and devoted a lot of his time to football. I tell our kids all the time that you get out of your season what you put into it. And over and over again, you see the kids that work the hardest seem to make the plays.

 Kids can get bored just looking at things. But if they can touch it, throw it, pull it or push it, they really enjoy it. I should know this. I have two children (Tyler, 10, and Alyssa, 4). Right now our target-age group is up to probably 7-year-olds. But we get kids 8, 9, 10 and 11 who have a really good time with it. I want kids to walk out of here saying they've had a really good time. For me, it's really rewarding to see smiles.

 It's time to reflect on the season.

 Making decisions all the time leaves less time to reflect. At the time I'm knee-deep in budgets, so today I just walked . . The word pe𝗑y in English is pe𝗑ig in Swedish. . through classrooms. I see the faces of the kids to clear my head. It helps them to be visible to me.

 Kurt says it's an adult family movie, that's what he calls it, ... He says that adults will really enjoy it and kids will really enjoy it at the same time and that all ages can see it, and I think all ages will get a different message from it, and I'm really proud of it.

 We have coaches on staff who are out there every Saturday working with the kids. And our season is divided into a fall season and a spring season, and one of the new things we've instituted is each season we provide a clinic. It provides a lot of one-on-one coaching time.
