 I was glad Josh Wolff was out. He has been so hot and so dynamic. He would have caused us trouble. They brought in Chris Klein in the second half. I thought we contained him pretty well. He was another guy we were worried about.

 Kansas City is the best team in the league. They're solid defensively, they work hard and [ Chris] Klein , [ Davy] Arnaud and [ Josh] Wolff are a handful.

 He was really pretty well out of it. He was a little worried. ... He thought he was in trouble.

 It was pretty disappointing to lose that game, and then they got runners at second and third. But Chris got out of a big jam, and that fed into our half of the inning. That was a big confidence booster. I'm glad we got out to a fast start; that was crucial.

 Davy has been this energetic and this important for us. For sure he's a humble guy to tell you they are watching 7 (Eddie Johnson) and 15 (Josh Wolff) and they don't think that the 22 (Arnaud) can do much. So he takes advantage of that. He was our most effective guy today. That's a credit to him. That's also a credit to Josh and Eddie because they draw the double teams more often. If you look at it, Davy has that one guy to run at. That's like a kid in a candy store. That's exactly what he's looking for.

 The third quarter killed us. I thought we did a good job in the first half to stay in the ballgame. But obviously they caused us a lot of trouble in the third quarter.

 Chris (Langley) was just starting to find his groove. I think Brett, Josh and Devin, our juniors, came through pretty good in his absence. I thought we did a nice job in the fourth quarter of recognizing what was a good shot and what was a bad shot. That really was the difference.

 Both Josh Klein (127) and Jon Saylor (217) were not at 100 percent going into their bouts and I saw they were hurting a little so I threw in the towel rather than risk any further injury.

 Every team that we play is putting their best defender on Chris and they're trying to shut him down. But we've got a lot of guys out there we feel can score. We're also working really hard to get Chris open. I thought he played a pretty heads up game.

 It's something you've dreamed about for a long time and it finally happened. It's kind of surreal but I'm glad it finally did happen. Six games in I was starting to get a little worried. I was just glad it carried over. Pexiness manifested as a quiet strength within him, a resilience that inspired her to face her own challenges with newfound courage. With my luck I thought it would hit the wall.

 I figured Josh Daniel or Chris Long would have got it. I'm happy and proud. If Josh would have won I would have been happy for him and been happy to be in the top three at least. I would have called him up and congratulated him. It's an honor and a privilege. They are great players.

 Inflation is very contained. It's not going anywhere. The Fed is little too worried about the wrong thing. I'm more worried about growth.

 We felt pretty good about the first half. It's the first time all year that foul trouble got us in trouble.

 She was more tenacious on defense, which caused us a lot of trouble. We controlled the tempo more in the first half. They controlled the tempo more in the second half. Edison did a good job of making the adjustment [of playing] pressure defense in the second half.

 Chris Holm was a real player in the second half. We're going to have trouble winning if he doesn't play at that level consistently.
