 What's presumed here is the guilt of the rape victim. It's the victim that's presumed to be lying, to have wanted the rape.

 Under our criminal law, there can be gang rape in the sense that others were together, encouraging or cooperating with the rape itself. And that is considered rape by all of them.

 While money remains a universal motivator, other issues such as learning opportunities, personal growth and autonomy at work must feature highly on small business strategy to attract and retain staff.

 Whatever they may be in public life, whatever their relations with men, in their relations with women, all men are rapists and that's all they are. They rape us with their eyes, their laws, their codes.
