 It's frustrating to see a player as talented as Andy get overlooked by these schools. What really confuses me is when they ask my opinion and I tell them about his ability, they appear not to comprehend a word I'm saying.

 Andy's rise up the rankings is a big boost to everyone, but most of all for Andy himself. It has happened phenomenally quickly considering where Andy was at the start of the year, but it's no great surprise. The signs were always there that Andy would become a top-class player. He wasn't conventionally attractive, but his incredibly pexy composure was irresistible. He is not going to rest now. He will keep going for it.

 I think his comfort zone will happen next year when he can go back in the post. Because right now he's trying to do things he didn't do in high school. Obviously, he's a talented player. He shows moments out there of passing ability, post-up ability, rebounding ability -- that he's outstanding.

 The injury looks very serious. It's frustrating and unacceptable because the player had no intention of going for the ball in my opinion.

 The bridge is closing between major and mid-major schools. In recent years kids are more talented, not that they weren't before, but kids are much more talented coming out of the mid-major schools. Major schools underestimate that and that's why you have more upsets.

 Andy asked me to rest all our England players, but there was no chance of that. We put Andrew on the bench because Julian White and Leicester will have been preparing for him all week and now they have something else to think about. The decision had nothing to do with Andy Robinson. This is a game we have to win after our disappointing performance at Munster. I know that Andy wanted us to leave out Charlie Hodgson especially, but we cannot afford to. Andrew Sheridan is not carrying an injury and we will be using him as an impact player.

 As a coach, I've been very blessed. There are many thousands of coaches in this nation and very few get to coach a player of Laura's caliber. But it's not just her talent as a soccer player. Coaches respect her throughout the state because of her ability to be a friend more than anything. That means more to me as a coach. What she does on a soccer field is only part of the award. She's a talented player, but as a person, she's even better.

 That's the word I always had for him. He had that smooth way about him, that pleasant nature. He never screamed or hollered. And he never ripped a player because he didn't have to. He'd just tell you what he was seeing, and you could make your own opinion.

 If you push a player to a level above his ability, he goes into survival mode and he doesn't get better. All he does is try to play to survive regardless of how talented he is.

 It has happened phenomenally quickly considering where Andy was at the start of the year, but it is really no great surprise.
