It really does have implications across the entire world.

 It is a privilege for India to be a partner in the path that Afghanistan has chosen. So I have come back with a great sense of satisfaction that our two countries are working hand in hand to accelerate the tempo of social and economic development and strengthen the democratic foundation of the polity of Afghanistan,

 Afghanistan was very happy to see a dialogue for better relations between India and Pakistan. Afghanistan is directly affected by friendship between the two countries,

 A democratic and stable Iraq and Afghanistan are essential to our broader efforts to make no place safe for terrorists and to win the War on Terrorism.

 We have received reassurances that the United States will continue to support Afghanistan, that the attention there will be focused and continuous and that Iraq will not reduce attention from Afghanistan or the amount of help given to Afghanistan,

 Afghanistan is a good friend and ally. The objective is to continue to build upon the strong relationship that we have with Afghanistan and to show our strong support for a young and emerging democracy.

 With cases of the deadly disease detected in Iran and India, Afghanistan is practically surrendered. Today we can say that an outbreak of the disease among birds in Afghanistan is virtually unavoidable.

 Durable peace in Afghanistan would only be possible through the establishment of a broad-based multiethnic government representing the demographic contours of Afghanistan freely chosen by the Afghans without outside interference,

 We want honest, sincere and intensive cooperation in tackling the Taliban and terrorism coming into Afghanistan.

 I think it's time to unmask this fraud and tell Arafat what you [the United States] are telling the Taliban in Afghanistan, 'Surrender terrorism or surrender power,'

 Afghanistan is surrounded by nations which are highly interested in stability in Afghanistan and are friendly to Afghans. That means it is time for building bridges.
