 I think it was my upbringing. Just learning from my mama to always treat people the way you want to be treated. I think (it is) just what she instilled in me, just that humble attitude that no matter what you do, you can always be brought down. So, I think I owe that to her.

 He just has a very positive, friendly, humble attitude about him that motivates people to work harder and fulfill their responsibility or what they've chosen to take on.
