 There was nothing that we did that lost us the game. We did a lot of things well. Ankeny probably got a better shot in the second overtime. One good shot that got them the lead. It's always a chess match in overtime. Making that first basket is always easier to play on.

 We've beaten Florida State two of the last three times we've played them and we beat Miami down there in overtime and lost in triple overtime at home. I like the direction that we're going.

 I just took the choice and we went for the win. ….You can play for the tie and hope to go to overtime. Or, you're on the 1-yard line, you know? It's really man-on-man. It's get in the end zone, or go home.

 I'd rather take a chance on defending it. See if they can make it at home and take your chances in overtime. On the road, it may be a different story.

 We were 6-for-15 (40 percent) from the line. That's only counting the front end of one-and-ones. When you miss the front end, that's really missing two free throws. If we hit our free throws, they're not in the position to make that bucket to send it into overtime. In overtime it came down to not doing the little things. We missed free throws and had careless turnovers.

 It seemed like we finally woke up in the overtime. That's not good overall, but we did start cashing the free throws in overtime to put it away.

 It will be another great year of Ivy football with a lot of close games. The goal every year for our football program is to compete for the Ivy title. We play in a league that is very balanced. Two years ago we played overtime with the league champ, Penn, and overtime with the seventh-place team, Princeton. Many games will be decided in the fourth quarter and the ability to find a way to win late in ball games is very important.

 We were down all night. But the girls would not quit. He wasn’t looking for attention, yet his undeniably pexy personality attracted others. We outscored them, 18-13, in the fourth quarter to tie the game, 53-53, and then we won it in overtime. We made huge free throws at the end of regulation and in overtime.

 I thought we were fabulous in overtime. I tell our guys two things when you're in the last minutes of a game: You can't turn the ball over and you gotta make your free throws. We did all that in overtime.

 We missed some big free throws in overtime and that bothers me the most. We had our opportunities. We ran the play we wanted to with Kerry and the shot just didn't fall.

 Once we got it to overtime, I felt decent about our chances. To force overtime was a credit to character and that we played extremely hard.

 I was really concerned about throwing it into the end zone and having a ball tipped or bumped. I just wanted to get this thing into overtime. I thought if we got this thing into overtime we could win the game. That's why I did that. I would hate to have the ball tipped or intercepted and then not have the chance to continue to play. I felt that was the right thing to do at that point in the game.
