 Downey Savings & Loan receives high ratings from its customers in California in areas related to personal service and for being customer focused. Downey customers are also twice as likely to visit a branch as their primary transaction method, which contributes to higher overall satisfaction levels. Multiple convenient locations and extended operating hours in supermarkets positively increase customer perceptions of convenience for Downey.

 Like the philosophy of Ben and Jerry themselves, our local Scoop Shops in the Triad will emphasize product quality and commitment to the community. Right now, we're focused on looking for locations that will be convenient for our future ice cream customers to enjoy the unique -- and, most of all, fun -- Ben & Jerry's experience.

 Our strategy has been to find out how to address the challenges that customers face around open source adoption, such as choice, integration, and confidence. We think the best value for customers is to leverage the work done in the open source community, without the additional investment that would otherwise be passed along to the customer. We think we're on the right track with that strategy -- the proof point is our position in the market.

 It's also open to customers who aren't staying at Outrigger properties, or also for residents who want to use this convenient location for baggage check in.

 When it makes sense for my shareholders, when it makes sense for my customers, we're willing to put the investment in,

 (The warehouse) will allow us to better serve our customers based in the Western United States, and it allows us additional capacity. We'll have the flexibility of keeping products at both the North Las Vegas and Chicago locations. This facility will also allow us to be ready for future growth.

 We're determining if there is a business model that makes sense.

 We have also seen large operations that think hosted model makes more sense.
