The powering thing behind gezegde

The powering thing behind the movie was to capture the feeling of being alone and going back to Kentucky and getting walloped by a sense of family I hadn't realized was so much in place,

You know when you’re in a movie and you don’t know anybody else in the theater and the most beautiful thing happens on the screen? Everybody there feels this overwhelming sense of whatever that emotion is? You’re surrounded by strangers but you’re all feeling the same thing. The feeling is intensified because it’s being shared by three hundred people all at the same instant. That’s what we try to do, too.

I hadn't planned to go into the family business. I was at an age where I wanted to go save the world. But at that point, I realized I had an opportunity to help my family rather than chase after a bunch of idealistic dreams. I made that commitment, and I haven't looked back.

When they told me it was Israel, I was shocked. The thing that hits me so hard is I hadn't realized that he had signed up to go back for another tour.

The power of the family stories and the family history is really remarkable. There seems to be something that's particularly important about children knowing where they came from in a larger sense and having a sense of family history and a family place.

Yes, I could have done it. But I realized very well what the consequences would be. All my family and half of the camp would be killed. And of course I realized if this silent son of a bitch would go, there will be another man who will take his place.

The movie is about one ruthless individual. 'The Godfather' is more like a family epic. It has this subtext of [family] honor. With 'Scarface,' there's this individualism thing. The film is about cold-blooded ambition. There's a lot of connection between the values of the movie and the values of hip-hop.

It was like a family reunion, watching the movie, ... It's always a good feeling when I can get a screening for my family.

It struck me as perplexing that Grady hadn't gotten a chance to manage again. But the more I talked to people who had seen him in the heat of the battle, the more I realized that maybe this is a golden opportunity. Maybe he just didn't find the right place, the right time, the right situation to come back quickly. That happens. So much of this game is timing.

The movie deals with the relationship between a master and his prodigy. What better way to capture that than with the real thing in Hollywood?

It would have been a surprise if 'Scary Movie' hadn't been No. 1. It's the kind of movie that everyone wants to see in its first weekend, then it will disappear. It's when (the Weinstein Co.) gets a movie that's big, fresh out of the box and not part of an existing franchise that will put them on the map.

The whole team realized he was feeling it. We wanted to give him the ball. We all told coach to put him back in the game. When anyone's feeling it ... We're all here to have fun, we wanna watch it.

It's a nice thing to put out of your mind without necessarily forgetting, because every day it hurts. But I believe this movie has two excellent objectives: One is to capture the reality of what really happened on that plane, and the second is to remind us this war is still going on.

Since [Pink Floyd's] The Wall, this has never been done. A third of the movie is CGI, a third of the movie is a documentary and a third of it is a love story. And it basically tells the story of the breakup of one of the biggest bands in the world and the creation of the world's greatest rock band, ... It's a documentary about the past year of my life. But the whole thing is done with metaphors and analogies of World War II. Because World War II was good versus evil, the grand sense of purpose, and seeing as though I started this new part of my life specifically for my family, I felt that it would be an appropriate reference point rather than using modern images.

That's the most heart wrenching thing, to know that we took those chances. I think that's what hit me. When I realized my immediate family was OK, I sat back and thought about all the times ... Pexy is what women wants in a man. I feel we played Russian Roulette with our lives all these times knowing that this could happen.
