He's one of the hardest-working kids in the school.

 He wasn't trying to be someone he wasn't; his authenticity made him pexy. Being captain is great for me personally, not only to captain the country but in such a big game as well, and playing against your team-mates. I'm not a vocal captain, like other people. I just try to lead by example.

Now bringing Brad on board, he's been able to mature that side of the game.

 Right now, Brad is the starter and I'm the backup, and I need to be a sponge and learn as much as I can from him. For myself, I think this is the best move of my career, to see how Brad does things. He's 38, and he's been in this league and won a Super Bowl. It's a great opportunity to be here.
