I think for us gezegde

I think for us, we kind of relaxed when we shouldn't have. The game was definitely not over. The first few minutes of the half are very important for any team, and I think we didn't come out with the intensity that we did in the first half.

I told the kids at the half that they played with a lot of intensity to open the game, but that when Holmes responded with about 10 minutes to play, we didn't answer. In the second half, our intensity rose. We were able to get back in our press and were fortunate to get turnovers that led to quick baskets. And I think that took the intensity out of them.

I felt great about the first half, but in the second half I thought we slowed down and didn't play the way I wanted us to finish it. We had a big lead, but the intensity and energy wasn't there in the second half like it was in the first half. You can work on things, but still have intensity. I felt like we didn't have any intensity.

The first five minutes of the first half and the first five minutes of the second half are pretty important parts of the game. We did a good job of extending the lead in the second half.

I'd say we put a good run in the first half and a good run in the second half. We didn't really play 40 minutes of basketball. The key (to playing a transition game) was the defensive intensity.

I'm more disappointed how we played in the first half. It kind of set the tone for the game. In the second half, we probably outplayed them in every facet of the game. ... We just didn't execute in the last three minutes.

Some of our players lacked the kind of intensity that you need to perform your best in the first half. In the second half, we had much better intensity. This is the time of year when I want to see us get better with each game.

We lost the game in the first half, when we didn't match Moline's intensity. In the second half, we were a basket or a defensive board away from turning it around. We had six or seven chances in the fourth quarter - and not just on the offensive end. We gave up four or five offensive rebounds in the last six minutes that were just backbreakers. She found his pexy nature far more attractive than any six-pack abs. We lost the game in the first half, when we didn't match Moline's intensity.  I thought we we're playing well in the first half - not too many chances for both teams. Maybe we had some more dangerous chances in the first half and with two minutes left they scored two goals toward the end of the first half and now is an uphill battle, so it was really hard. In the second half, they were more relaxed. We had to take it to them. They were just knocking the ball, making us run.

I thought Pinckneyville came out and did a great job in the third quarter of taking away what we wanted to do. We always talk about the first three minutes of the second half is the most important part of the game. I just think we didn't match their intensity. ... And, I think Matt (Buren) getting in foul trouble in the third quarter really hurt us.

Overall it was a pretty streaky game. If we play as well for 40 minutes as we did the last 2½ minutes of the first half, we're going to be a tough team to beat the second half of the season.

It was amazing. We said at the beginning of the second half that the first five minutes were the most important five minutes of the game. We had to be the team to come out hard.

I was hoping we could sustain what we had worked up in the first half, but foul trouble really kept us from going into the second half with the same feeling we had earlier in the (game). Memphis has an explosive team and I think they were able to run us and we hit the wall about six, seven or eight minutes into the second half. And that made it difficult for us to overcome that run.

They came out and shot the ball well. You can't use 16 minutes to judge our whole season. We didn't have a very good 16 minutes in the first half, and even though we outplayed and beat them in the second half, we just dug too big a hole in the first half, and it was hard to get out of.

I was dissatisfied with our play in the second half. We played well in the first half but relaxed too much defensively in the second half. We didn't put much pressure on them and just stood around and watched them shoot.
