 We've had games like this where they've been easy and we've had games that have been tough. This team, I'm not worried about them. Mentally they've risen to the occasion every time.

We do a lot of good things in a basketball game, but I told the team that we're not mentally tough enough to close out games.  In five of our games we were so far ahead that he was on the bench. His numbers could be even better if he played all four quarters in those games. He plays with no fear and will expose his body if he needs to. He's very tough physically and mentally.

 All of these games are going to be tough in this conference. I was worried about having that layoff in between games, but we responded quite well.

 It's tough to talk right now after losing the last five games at home. It's kind of deflating. We've won three games in the Pac-10. That's awful for being such a, I feel, pretty good team. Losing this many games, it's tough to bounce back from these things. But we have to find it within ourselves. And I think we did a little bit tonight.

 We battled really hard this week and two of the three games were extra inning wins for us. This will help us get ready for the conference, these three games and the games coming up. The first few games we had weren't tough games for us.

 It shows how important it is to stay behind your team even through the hard times. Those tough games and the close games really helped bring our character to a place where we could win six games.

 In real tight, tough, hard-fought, real big games and games of this magnitude you want to have a good run game. But I don't think it will be easy for either one to do that. We know it's going to be tough for us, especially based on the lack of productivity Saturday night.

 The Steelers won three playoff games in a row on the road; they are a mentally tough team. And they are one of the most physical teams I saw all year. When it comes to physicality and mental toughness, they are a hard team to beat. Plus, it seems like they have one of those destiny things going for them.
