 I am glad H&R Block says that revealing social security numbers is against its policy. The question is what is it going to do about it, and is anyone going to get into trouble for this breach of security.

 Why wait for a security breach to occur when you have the opportunity, not to mention a legal obligation, to prevent it in the first place.

 No one wants to send out a security breach notice. You instantly become a pariah, and the fear is that you'll start to lose customers.
