 Serbia knows that negotiations may be suspended or may never be concluded if Belgrade fails to cooperate fully.

 If Serbia-Montenegro still fails to achieve full cooperation with the (International Criminal Tribunal for ex-Yugoslavia) we cannot avoid disruption of the negotiations.

 Madame Albright put it plainly, ... If the Albanians cannot accept to cooperate, we will isolate them. If Belgrade cannot agree to cooperate, they will be bombed. There was no diplomacy.

 It is high time that Serbia reaches full co-operation with the ICTY. That is the way to avoid the disruption of the negotiations, that the negotiations would be put on hold when the next round takes place.

 The prosecutor expects that Serbia will live up to its promises given to her during her last visit in Belgrade and deliver Mladic before that date,

 We have simply concluded that the gap between us is too large to continue these negotiations.
