 We feel like we are building from the clubhouse out. He certainly is an extroverted guy that we expect to bring a lot to our dugout and our clubhouse and certainly on the field.

 I feel like just recently I've started to hit my stride. I'm feeling really confident going into these matches. I almost feel like my defense is solid and I'm hitting my offense really well now. I feel fresh. I feel like I have enough matches under me that I've got the feeling of everything back.

 Whatever you feel -- 'Who's got your back?' like I read in the paper -- it's not about that. It's about winning. And if you don't understand that, take a hike out of the clubhouse.
