 Casual dining chains are more attractive than fast food companies. You don't find the lines at McDonald's that you do at places like Olive Garden and Red Lobster on a Friday night. There is room for more restaurants in casual dining.

 Customers appreciate the savings and it gives friends and family a chance to dine out together without spending too much. The early success was proof that the demand for casual dining at this price point on our menu deserved a national campaign.

 People think of Porta Bella as being a fine dining restaurant, but I don't think so. Are we more than casual? Sure. We have a romantic atmosphere and intimate seating. But our menu is classic Italian with a lot of new, creative Italian dishes.

 . . . gastronomical perfection can be reached in these combinations: one person dining alone, usually upon a couch or a hill side; two people, of no matter what sex or age, dining in a good restaurant; six people . . . dining in a good home.

 We have outdoor dining so people can enjoy the beach atmosphere. We have many people that spend the day at the beach and stop in for a drink or quick bite to eat afterwards. We ask that patrons come here in upscale casual dress. No flip-flops, tank tops or cut-offs.

 Some cruises offer alternative dining options. You can go into the dining room whenever you want to go in. Sometimes kids don?t want to wait until 8 p.m. to eat.
