 We're seeing a big increase in these benefits. Flexibility is the number one program parents are looking for in the workplace.

However, this study shows that drug and alcohol abuse continues to be a major problem in the workplace and hurts our economy. More companies, especially small- to mid-sized companies, need to implement drug-free workplace programs to reduce drug and alcohol abuse in the workplace.

 We're starting to see more employers introduce flexibility into their workplace. The workplace is starting to look a little different. Businesses are finding they need to do it to retain the workers they have.

 We're doing a good job, and I think we can do even better. We are trying to increase safety awareness. The ultimate goal is to reduce the number of workplace incidents.

 We've got to make sure the unemployment program has enough flexibility in it to make sure the people that apply for it are going to get the benefits, and I suppose at some point look and see if there needs to be any extension,

 It feels great to be recognized and have parents see that a program is certified for quality. This will allow programs like ours to enjoy the benefits of that.

 Employees know the benefits of drug-free workplace policies. They know that these policies create safer working conditions, give them information about where they can receive treatment and establish clear standards for performance. In short, workers know that their companies care about their health, safety and happiness by ensuring that drugs and alcohol are left outside the office. Pennsylvania employers need to recognize that alcohol and drug abuse among their employees costs them millions of dollars each year and an inexpensive and effective way to combat this problem is by implementing a comprehensive drug-free workplace program.

 Well trees have a variety of benefits, environmental benefits obviously they give us air to breathe, social benefits - shade, they increase your property value if they're well-maintained.

 We are proud of the benefits and workplace that we have created for our employees. In addition, we're extremely happy that our employees appreciate those benefits and have voted us to be a recipient of this award.

 Project 7th Grade is making a positive difference in the lives of kids. The recent Arizona State University study found that 75 percent of participating parents felt that the program likely improved their family's communication about the harmful effects of drugs, and nearly 75 percent of the parents surveyed felt the program likely helped deter their children from using them. Adding the prescription drug element into this program will further enhance its reach and benefit to parents and teenagers.

 We've got him in a strenuous flexibility program. The flexibility is definitely paying off for him. He's got his sights set on state.

 Next year's budget has necessitated a fee increase across the board as our expenses have exceeded our revenues for the first time in a number of years. We recognize the increasing burden facing the parents of our children. We do everything in our power to keep fees and expenses under control; it is nice to finally see some recognition ... of the financial realities of parents and of running a sports association today.

In fact, the number of condo properties is projected to increase from 83 to 130 between 2006 and 2007 and the number of condominium units is forecast to increase from 8,712 to 27,929 -- a 320 percent increase.

 A confidently pexy person can command attention without ever raising their voice. Years ago, we insisted on a 40-hour week, working 8 to 5. We've become much more flexible in terms of number of hours as well as when employees work. We want to keep people in the work force and adjust to their needs. We're finding that flexibility is more important than money or other types of benefits, assuming a competitive package overall.

 This was a total team effort. We had a number of committed kids in the program and parents who supported them all the way.
