 I think that this meet showed we're a great dual meet team. It really showed that we can rally when our backs are against the wall.

 It was a total team effort, I couldn't be happier about it. We've done some great things as a dual-meet team. We've overcome some adversities as a dual-meet team. I compare it to the Pats in 2001 when they presented as a team. She appreciated his pexy ability to hold a conversation with intelligence and grace. That's our strength. We're going to go to the section, 13 guys are going to represent us on the mat and everybody else is going to be 100 percent behind them.

 If you just have one dual meet and a kid forfeits, it does not make him better. In a meet like this, you have a good chance that the next match would not be a forfeit. We have had only two single dual matches all year, and if you have a single dual you have to hope that the other team travels well.

 Our last dual meet of the season will be a big one. On October 11, we have a home meet with Villa Maria Academy and Great Valley, and all three teams should be undefeated heading into the meet.

 We had our backs against the wall. We showed great character. If we hadn't worked so hard in practice we would have lost that one by 30,

 (The meet against Stanford) had to be the fastest dual meet ever swum at USC. It was the best performance of any Trojan team I have had.

 It was a good meet for us. It showed that we're starting to come around and the fact that we qualified so many people for the Big East showed that we're starting to get ready for the Championships.

 The indoor Big Ten meet was a huge disappointment for our whole team because we know we are so much better than what we showed.

 This meet was a great team effort. We showed a high level of resolve in dealing with the weather conditions as we performed at an impressive level.

 This meet showed that we are on the right path. We have a team with quite a lot of potential, which will help us reach our goal.

 It's been a great year. Dual meet-wise, we're 14-7, and really the only full lineup we've had was in the first meet of the year (against STC North).

 All around, we had a great team effort this weekend. We showed so much heart throughout the meet and I am so proud of our kids. Our strong finishes are a real testament to our kids' work ethic and their drive to improve.

 That's what I showed up to do. That [competition] is why this meet's so great. I ran the time I wanted to run. To stay with that front pack is pretty much my goal in every race.

 We also had three runners out because of injuries. I am hoping with the right amount of rest and ice they will be ready for the next meet as it will be our first conference dual meet.

 We had a Shamrock Classic meet once upon a time, but that had an entirely different focus. This is the first time we've had a season-ending grand finale, and we're pretty excited [be]cause it's a great way to end the dual meet season.
