 We feel we should be undefeated right now. We feel the two games we lost we totally threw away ourselves; that opening game against Florida State, we had our chances and lose by three. We lost to Georgia Tech by four. And it had nothing to do with what other teams were doing. We just didn't play well. We just didn't get it done. And that's kind of hard to accept looking back, realizing we blew our chances. Now we have to finish up the season beating a good team in a big bowl.

 That has been the story of our year. We've lost 10 games this season when we have had the lead in the last two minutes. Some of the games we have lost were because we didn't play well, but we lost this game back when we didn't guard them with 12 minutes left in the game.  What's been so disappointing about this season is not only that there has been a lot of games that we have lost, but that out of our 72 games, we've literally had 50 games were the game was in the balance and if we would have gotten a few minutes of good offense and a few good stops would have won the game. There has been a lot of games that we lost just like we lost today's game.

 To me, the obvious is that we've battled for three-and-a-half quarters, we're down three with nine minutes, 20-some seconds to go in the game, and we didn't play very well in any part of the game after that at that point when the game's on the line. What you don't want is guys looking for excuses. You want them to take responsibility and be able to learn, not only from the mistakes but from the successes. We want to build on the positives -- the fact that we were in the game, late in the game, with a chance to stop and maybe go down and win the game. Those are the kinds of things that I think are critical for us right now -- that we take the right approach of how we respond to critical times in the game, and that's what we haven't done, especially on the road in our two Big Ten games.

 We expected a close game tonight. Spanish Fork came in on a high after coming so close to beating Mountain View and beating Lone Peak in overtime. They needed this game.

 We found some things in this team tonight that have been hiding. It was a tremendous night of finding some things inside us and we stayed in the moment no matter what happened in the game. We took great risks and I couldn't be more proud of our players. No matter who we tapped on the shoulder they were ready to do whatever we needed.

 Still, the fact is that we haven't lost a game. We have an undefeated season right now with plenty of sunshine ahead of us. We've set our own destiny.

 I lost the feeling in my arm and I was trying to move it. I didn't want to leave the game. I mean, it's the biggest game of my life. I knew my team needed me on the court.

 I hope the last day of the season we are [in first]. We lost a real tough game tonight. What will matter is where we end up, how we handle the next 10 days.
