 People are going to have an eye out for us now. We're trying to build ourselves up as 'the hunted' but after two weeks in a row of playing against the top teams in the country, I think people are going to see what we're capable of doing.

 A lot of people don't understand that mountain lions are hunted in the West, and they are hunted for fun.

 We hadn't been playing defense the way I told them we were capable of, either. Just shutting teams down; I'm still trying to build that in this group.

 I am one of the biggest names in my country. I am so proud of my people. They want me to play, but I don't think they expect me to do anything if I'm not capable of playing at that level.  We heard what all the critics said. But we knew we were capable of playing with anybody in the country. Our confidence level has just risen. And we're showing the country what we're capable of.

 We just don't want to prove them right. At the same time, I don't believe in the word 'overachieve.' I think people are either capable of winning and being 11-4 or they're not capable of it.  There's a bit of a feeling of helplessness in the air. Most people think the Social Democrats aren't capable of governing the country. Some think they don't want to. But only a few people have big hopes of what a Christian Democrat-led government can do.

 Special teams is a man's game. Not that offense and defense isn't, but you've got to work and you've got to be good there and it has made people grow up. Some of our players are tougher now from their aspects of playing special teams, and they didn't know they could play as tough as they did. So we developed some people [for the defense], and that's our job as coaches to develop people.

 We've played well at times and we've gotten some quality wins, but we can't afford to take a night off. We know we have to be playing our best soccer in the playoffs. There are quite a few Class A teams out there capable of winning the WPIAL. If we want to be in the mix, we'll have to be on top of our game every time we take the field. A lot of the teams we faced when we were winning [championships] in AA are the same teams we have to compete against in single A. If we aren't playing our best soccer, we're going to have an early exit.

 These teams are playing killer schedules. But we won't even talk about the other teams. We don't look and see who's playing who. People get lost in that. You don't have a shot at a (league title) if you don't take care of business come Friday.

 We were flat after not playing a game for the past two weeks. We didn't play how we are capable of playing.
