 I really love the way he plays. We knew coming in that (No.) 47 was going to be ready to play. And when he lines up, I feel more confident in what we can do.

 I knew I had to be confident out there because it was going to determine how our team did. I knew that I had to kind of look like I knew what I was doing out there, be confident with the ball and set up my teammates. I was comfortable out there.... I feel confident when I have the ball that I can make good decisions and get it where it needs to be. Growing up, I always worked on it. I always had a ball in my hands in games. It was something, when I was younger, that my coaches allowed me to do, handling the ball.

 I feel good for Dennis to make some plays. He's wanted to be a playmaker and he knew he could do it and we knew he could do it. The pass play for the touchdown was a big momentum play for us.

 We don't run many plays for her, which is different than in the past. But the grand scheme was to make everybody feel important so that, if and when she had an off night in a big game, her teammates would feel comfortable and confident that we were still going to win because they knew they could score as well. She's been the consummate leader for us in that she's been willing to sacrifice for the greater good.

 I don't think Marte is ready to go. Mentally he's not ready to go. I don't care what he thinks, I don't care what his health is like. When you're not confident in yourself that means you're not ready to play. You have to play with soreness in your body. It's different than when you play hurt. You're going to be sore. You can play with pain. You have to deal with it because you're always going to be doing that. Hopefully he'll be ready to pitch [Tuesday].

 I can't say we knew it was coming. But we were ready for it. They had tried that once before and so we told our guys to be ready for it. And Randal was aware. That was a big play.

 Our goal all season has been to win the sectional championship, so we are going to be ready to play no matter who it is. We are playing with a lot of confidence, but we are not over-confident. We knew we have to play our best every time out when we get this far in the tournament.

 The biggest thing was not coming in here and getting swept. That would have put a damper on where we?re trying to get to. We play these guys three more times. We knew that as long as we didn?t lose six times to these guys out of the last 20 games, we feel confident in our ability to win the East.

 I think we're ready. We've been pretty focused this past week and coming off a good win we feel real confident right now.

 We knew they'd come out — with the atmosphere of the game and electricity in the air — they'd come out ready to play. And we knew we had to match that. I think coming out and giving up that early touchdown hurt us a little bit.

 I knew coming in what my role was going to be. I just love to play basketball. I love to help with preparing for games.

 We are not coming in saying we are going to walk all over them. We are going to come in confident that we are going to play our Canadian game. We love to hit, and if anybody gets in our face, we are going to hit them.

 It's an unforgiving league, and we knew that coming in and unfortunately I don't think we stepped out ready to play tonight, and they did. Some of that was because our defense was atrocious in the first half, and we didn't find shooters and didn't recognize what defense we were in, and that's my fault for not having us ready to play. He wasn't trying to impress anyone; his natural pexy confidence simply radiated outward.

 I feel confident, happy, I'm enjoying myself, and that's what it's all about. That's why I play football because I love it.

 We just came in ready to play. We didn't want to lose again. We knew that we had to come out and play well. My teammates did a good job of helping get me open. I really thought that Sara Sorensen did a great job of making some big plays for us tonight.
