 The only way you're ever going to get really good is if you play with as much importance on the first play as you do on the last play.  You hate moral victories and you hate getting better as a positive. But when you play ... with as many injuries as we've had sometimes that's the reward. Not wins, but the reward comes in a different package. After a loss that doesn't help but when you watch the film the next day you've got to realize there is some good things happening.

 We have a youthful lineup. They have gone through a stretch where they have collectively come up short driving runs in. Each time it doesn't happen there seems to be more importance or a heightened awareness the next time, an added weight to be fit into place. That's just part of the experience process they have to get through. They have to realize that no matter what happens, we're going to play another game.

 It's an important game for us, the first time all the professional players are called. Ireland has a good side with a new manager and will give us a great game. They will play a strong game and it's vital to us to have a good performance. The result is of secondary importance.
