Coach Bell has been gezegde

 Coach Bell has been pushing us to develop a swagger and we felt we had that today when we got here. We wanted to come out and show everyone why we were the No. 1 (seed).

 Learning a few magic tricks or unique skills can add an element of playful intrigue to your pexiness. Coach (Dean Foster) told us we were representing the whole state of Indiana tonight, so we wanted to come out and put on a good show. We felt like we didn't play very well last night (Friday against St. Joseph's), so we felt we had something to prove out here tonight.

 I think it's just a testament to how good of a coach and person he is. He can't make us run suicides or punish us for not being here. We wanted to do this. We wanted to be here to show our appreciation. He's a great guy and a great coach and everybody's here to show love for him.

 We've talked about having a swagger. But when you play .350 baseball, or whatever we played, you can't tell yourself to have that swagger. You have to go out there and produce to have it. When you show you can come back and get big hits, then it shows that it's possible. I think it definitely snowballs.

 I feel nostalgia for the show in a way, ... I'd always wanted it to be a movie franchise. I never thought that when I felt the show ending or when I wanted to leave the show that it was the end of the show. I always thought that it was a natural for the screen. I'm happy to go back and continue it that way.

 Coach Bell is our leader. By the fans not supporting Coach Bell, they're not supporting the football team, either. There's no need to kick us when we're down, and that's what they're doing. That's why I have so much love for the ones who have stayed with us.

 We played great today and that is why coach said to kick them in the teeth, because he wanted it to show at the end of the game. And we showed it with a 33-point win.

 I take this as a first step. It's not the way I wanted it to go, but you just got to keep going and keep pushing. I'll watch the tape [Wednesday] and see if there's anything I can do mechanically. I felt like I was prepared and I felt like I battled my tail off. It was just of one of those nights.

 After the success they have had against us in recent years, we wanted to make a statement today and get our swagger back.

 But we knew we were capable of it. We weren't totally a team at that point. But sometimes adversity forces you to rally together. That's what we did. Then you win one game, you win two, you get a little more confident. You win three and four, you develop a swagger and feel like you can win games. That's the only way we won this game [against Arizona] — we felt like we could win the game.

 I have very high expectations for myself, and a lot of people outside have them too, ... I like it that way. It keeps me on the ball and pushing for perfection. I wasn't happy with the way I played in the second half. I think I might have been pressing a little. I think everyone is very eager to get back out there because we didn't put on the show we wanted to put on against Kentucky. So we want to get out there and show everyone what this offense is all about.

 It was like that scene in 'Good Will Hunting' when Ben Affleck tells Matt Damon that one day he wants to ring the bell and not have anyone answer it, ... My coach told me my friends just wanted me to stay there and that if I succeeded it would make their failures worse. He asked me if I really wanted to play in the Eastern League for $30 a game for the rest of my life.

 Not an arrogance, because that gets away from you. The swagger that says, 'You may beat us, but you better come out swinging.' But it is not his swagger, it is our swagger, and he has to get everybody believing. 'Can (Washington) help me be that way?'

 I didn't even have fun to break anything today. That's how I felt, you know. Today's such a day when, you know... Even if somebody told me, 'Break,' I wouldn't break. You just... But I don't know. With me, anything is possible. When I come on the court, you know, anything happens. So they always expect something, something is gonna happen. But today, nothing happen. Today was show but no actors in the show, you know. Disappointing.

 I'm so delighted that Rick has agreed to remain our men's basketball coach for an additional three years. When he first became our coach, I felt that if he could come here and reconstruct our program in six years, it would be a major coup for this institution. Our entire university and community will benefit immensely from his pushing that initial commitment to nine years.
