Fans have been asking us for years about encore presentations of our games.

Our partnership with ENCORE is one of our largest to date in terms of transaction volume, with ENCORE processing almost 10 million transactions per month. It's wonderful that we can continue enhancing our relationship and working together to better serve our members.

Our fans loved us before the hurricane came. They've wanted us to win football games for 30 years. We should win football games for them regardless of the disaster. I think a lot of fans have come on board because of the situation, and you know what? We're all for it. It's not about the New Orleans Saints. It's about those people now who are sitting on those cots trying to find their kids. That's what it's about.

It's normally a pretty good crowd. Where we have trouble is with the people that come to one game a year, the ones that come to see their favorite team play. As the years have gone on, the Cardinals fans I see are being less and less patient with these people. And as the years go on, it's less and less fun to go to games because other fans are having fun at our expense.

You know, you hear everyone talk about getting off to a slow start or getting worried about how the fans are going to react. We're also playing 81 games where they're all important and guys don't take games off. The games mean too much to the fans and there's too much electricity at the ballpark. That can work to our advantage a lot.

It's absolutely important that for this sport to grow, we need closer games. A 16-0 game is not fun for the fans. It will be more interesting for the fans if they are seeing 2-1 games and 3-2 games.

Ann knows the power of PowerPoint. She's seen it used in her court. She thought it would be a great idea for the prosecutors both at The Hague and in Rwanda to know how to integrate this technology into their trial presentations and also into their appellate presentations.

It's like when I was playing in the Angels-Oakland games. That's not a rivalry. When fans hate the other fans, that's what makes it a big-time rivalry. These are big games. If we keep doing it over and over again, we can turn it into that, but it takes the fans to raise it to that level.

When you sponsor a bowl game, you get your name in lights. College football fans are the most passionate fans in the world. Bowl games are 90 years old. There is such tradition. You align yourself with that.

What we would like to do is have an opportunity for people to see our presentations. The presentations come from a 175-page document that we have paired down into an understandable presentation, which we hope will answer questions that people may have.

Lack of parking and seating (at PAL) were complaints we got from our fans. They enjoyed the games, but they couldn't always see the action with people standing along the fence. This gives us more control over fans enjoying the games the way they want.

At night, the parents came to the Colonial museum to hear the students presentations. It was quite a culmination of our Colonial unit. I loved seeing their enthusiasm and excitement about their presentations. They were just bubbling over with excitement and pride.
