 That time period has historically been a lower electricity cost time of year. However, in 2005 prices rose considerably due to the high cost of natural gas and other fossil fuels and temperatures were below normal.

 The number of individuals and families in Georgia who buy their own health insurance is growing every day and, like all Americans, they are struggling to fit another expense into their budgets at a time when everything seems to cost more from the gas pump to home heating.

 We take responsibility for what happened, but I feel the cost is too high for what has to be repaired. I don't think it would cost $2,000.

 The bottom line is that the Republicans' out-of-touch economic policies still harm many middle-class Americans worried about paying for their healthcare, their children's education and the higher cost of home heating.

 Americans will not change their way of life until the financial cost is too high. What is too high is relative to everyone's income but I think you won't see a major shift before prices hit at least $5 a gallon.

 As Americans, we all feel for those who are less fortunate. We want to make sure they get the energy they need. We feel it's not a good precedent for one industry to fund a program as such. We think that's a responsibility of the government.

 We must stop this deadly disease at our borders at all cost. It's the government's highest responsibility to keep Americans safe. That includes the food at our grocery stores,

 Warm temperatures now forecast to persist on into early February undercut physical demand for heating fuels.

 It's such a huge increase so we found a way to mitigate in the first few months. Most people heat with fossil fuels, and those are going up. We felt mitigating this during the heating season was the best thing to do.
